    So the next gen at best will be out next year, could be longer.

    Tbh I saw a side by side Ghost of Tsushima on PS4/PS5 and apart from brighter/sharper picture couldnt really tell a great difference.

    So I might just plump for PS4 version and play on PS5.

    I'm no expert. But I think the main difference between this gen and next gen is load times rather than graphics.

    Downloading now on Gog. Not sure if it's playable or just preload. Never pre-ordered from Gog before.
    Regardless, won't play it soon. My 3080 shipment delayed until the 11th. Wouldn't want to ruin the experience playing them with ray tracing off.

    Framerate is dodgy at times even on the Series X. Wondering whether I should wait for another patch. I think that the last gen consoles will have a job running this.

    City is unreal though.

    got a nice surprise, my gpu arrived today instead of the 11th.
    playing a couple of minutes. this game sure is the new crysis.
    even a new pc gpu and new consoles having a very hard job doing all that ray tracing.
    dunno about ps4 and xb1, but without ray tracing, they might performs better

    I've seen the previous gen footage. Does not run well :giggle1: 720p resolution if people are lucky.

    Once it's better optimised should be good. Ray tracing coming to the new consoles next year too (also online multiplayer at some point apparently)

    I'll play one play through on the ps4 and another when i get a ps5 hopefully early next year only I'll try and pick different choices to see how much of a difference there is.

    City is very, very cool and I like the opening parts, but buggy as *.
