Philip has also produced some great stuff on the finances of The Rangers FC in the past. Worth checking out if you haven't seen it

That's what I'd do as well: either Lennon can find a way to show we can finish a game without shipping goals in, or he's out. Sparta is an European game and thus non-essential, but a new man must be ready to handle domestic challenges, if the Thursday game ends up a horror show.

So Phil has got it down to Howe, Keane or O'Neil

We've been * all season, I can see more terrible games coming against the weaker sides and I Cannot see a win against them, We are going to drop a lot of points, Total shambles of a season, Judging by the fact it's been all season I can't suddenly see a turn around.

Coaches aren't working, Recruiting staff is recruiting *, Lennon has * tactics if they even exist, Players has no morale anymore.

Despite reading doom and gloom here, I have to point out a positive thing nobody has mentioned.

We don't need to fix the scoring part of the team- a 0 for us in the end of a match is rare. So, the work to be done isn't colossal. It's just that we need defensive solutions fast.

Well i would only disagree on the recruitment part of that. Yes duffy has been * but its what everyone wanted,we also tried to keep FF and Mo. And laxalt and ajeti are good signings/loan deal. The window was a good window but lennon if * killing it all with his refusing to drop those that need dropped and any striker but griff.

I'd be over the moon with o'neill and keane .Christ we don't need a massive overall ,a game plan and doing the basics right and we would be flying

I think the Board must now realize that the gamble with Lenny has not paid off.

Do you honestly think he’s going to say that publicly? Just look at how Thompson was more or less sacked after Mjallby left.

At this point I'd be happy with O'Neill and Keane in.

My gut feeling tells me that IF they get rid of Lennon, or he "walks", then it'll be with Strachan in with Kennedy as assistant (primed for the job next season).

I’d welcome O’Neil back with open arms, bring back Duff as his assistant with the plan for him to sort the mess out then Duff taking over permanently once this shitstorm is over.

Seen a couple of people talk about this recently. I’m fairly sure Thompson left years before Mjallby and Lennon.

Just read it... he says -

MON/Keane OR Howe OR ... a third unknown!

so... it could be a previous manager. If could be a man from down south.... or it could be somebody else...

    Wow! The insight is astonishing.
