Nail on head there,no way even Lennon can lose any of them domestic games.Going by that I take it the Huns have a number of away games.A wee easy run of games might do us the world of good but it’s no doubt just buying Lennon time until we lose at Ibtox in the New Year.

He probably will be. He should at least be thinking "will Lennon get us the Champions League money next year?" though.

Really cannae see him sacked or walking. You seen Bitton and Frimpong at the pen? They can't even be * running in on a pen for him. I think the players must really no like him.

Not to be down, but pointless at this junction.
Season tickets are in, we've all bought the new kits in droves and already many for Christmas - specially with new batches just released last week.

The hit will be tiny and put down to "a small minority" being disgruntled.

The board need to look further than their bank balance and the fans need to do more.

Unfortunately we do not have crowds to display this, but perhaps even within restrictions some of the lads are able to put together banners that can be pinned at Lennox town and Celtic park over night so the * wake up to the fans voice.

As an added to the above, I do agree removing financial support short term to make them wake up would work, but we've nothing to withdraw that support from.
Waiting till May for season ticket renewals is too late.

the frustration for many is the mistakes keep on happening on a small scale, those small scale mistakes have resulted in the position we are in now.

The greatest times and buzz going over to watch games whether it be league games, cup games or European nights.

The gaffer keeps throwing out fitness of players and tinkering with the team - but as a manager with your coaching team take responsibility and sort them out

    - Have extra training sessions
    - More coaching sessions / video analysis of the sloppy goals we concede ( men on each post from a corner would be a start and how to beat the first man from the corners we win)

We all want the same thing - and ive said this before the 10 is a pain the hole and a serious side track.

Take each game as it comes, play for the shirt and aim to keep your place in the team - fight for the ball, show passion and play smart and the league will show how you perform.

We are carrying so much deadwood in the team and no one is prepared to get the sleeves rolled up and dig in, we rely too much on 1-0 leads or making 15 minute comebacks.

Personally I think lennon is a poor manager, he makes bad decisions and does not learn from his mistakes - we cannot rely on others for favours and only have ourselves to blame.

All this rage is making me starving - how long does prawns take to defrost asking for a friend :-0

Whole season has been a disaster, from the posponed games to the scraping wins to this * run of form, injuries and the players missing games. Even reaching the Scottish Cup final has backfired with us dropping another game behind.

In the one season which was going to be a tiring long slog and battle we've made it much harder by continually conceding the first goal, 6 of our 13 League games we've conceded first and then had to battle away under pressure to win them.

We've not even been resting players either so the worst is probably yet to come, the 11 games before New Year are likely going to be a mess as this is when the players will start feeling it the most and even worse is when other teams start to get the odd midweek off in January we'll be playing through then with the games in hand so it will be pretty much every weekend and midweek from now till about March.

Only plus is since we've not been at games it barely even feels real, like a bad nightmare of a season.

Training more and going over games more can't even really be done though. You don't get the time to now, this season for example we will have 33 games between 2nd August and 2nd January. 33 games in 22 weeks and 6 of those weeks were International breaks. So really 33 games in 16 weeks, 2 games per week for 5 months straight.

Klopp and Guardiola have been moaning about it recently and their teams are only new to it as well. Celtic have been playing like this since Ronny Deilas 2nd season where we play pretty much every midweek and weekend of the season from late July until around March. The EPL summer break has only been cut short this one time also, where as we get a short summer break every year - usually last playing competitive games in Late may and first playing again in early July - usually 5 or 6 weeks meaning we only get about 3 and a half between competitive games and pre-season games.

Over training or playing will(and probably has) only make things worse. Someone like Shane Duffy for example coming into us this season likely wasn't near fit as he had not played much in 7 or so months, he was then thrown in to playing every weekend and midweek with a lot of travelling as a lot were European and International games. Although you'd expect him to get more fit from playing all the time, in reality he is not a robot and will be struggling physically, mentally and probably in pain and knackered by not getting the chance to heal and having to push himself through games while tired which would lead to feeling sorry for yourself and likely treating yourself to more takeaways and bad food as you've been pushing yourself and can't catch a break. Really it's better to slowly get players back fit by easing them into it and when they are playing too much let them get more time off.

Why the * hasn't he been sacked? He isn't going to get a result against Prague or Milan so that's two or three wins from or last 13 including the game against Ross County. How the * is that acceptable? Why are we dragging this out?

I feel like I'm taking crazy pills.

The silence all round is deafening. Not a word from Lennons pals in the media, not a single defence of him. Nothing in the way of news from the club, not even ood old fashioned WhatsApp rumour . Very little in msm, who are probably delighted at whats going on currently. Like the silence before the storm. A horrible energy, sleep walking to the next fearful performance. Never known this before. Need to change this ASAP.

The fact he is not out the door shows how inept our top management at the club is.

only interested in their * bonus.

Even klopp and guiardola will still spend 90 minutes rewatching the match before.

This isn't added training or magical time we are needing, it's the basics that he seems to be neglected massively, by his (Lennon) own admission

Not done by now, it's not gonna happen till another bad defeat.
    At least.

Every game and every day is Lennon making this season harder and harder for us.

Sure he may win against Prague and best Ross county, but it's clear he isn't changing anything and those wins may just come down to on the day moments, the issues are still there.
Which means it's just a matter of the next game being the next disaster.
Which is always now going to be one less game for a new manager to implement his style and setup
Costing us long term for this season.

Board are now every bit as culpable for this disaster of a season that Lennon is, failure to know do the right thing is costing us.

They backed him, brilliant, they stood by him, fair enough, but now it's too far gone to be anything other than neglect on both parties.

takeaways? he is a professional footballer he has been playing like he is on the kebabs.

ive seen professional footballers train on plenty of occasions, you would be shocked at how much time is wasted warming up and the amount of time spent of high intensity training.

working on shape for an hour on the training ground can work wonders if players are focused and the coaches know what they are actually doing.

Look at how many goals we concede from corners with no men on the post, it is a pet hate esp with keepers who cannot command their 6 yard box.

look at leeds at the minute, the hated that 'killer ball' at the start, but now they know much it has improved their fitness levels. Celtic lack any zip and intensity on the pitch, too busy on social media and shooting Christmas ads. football and training comes first before all that ballix. professional standards are dropping within the team that didn't happen under Rodgers plus you could tell the players wanted to perform for him - his issue was he wasn't humble in Europe to realise we cant go toe to toe with bigger teams.

If the coaching is being done then celtic have lots of players who are uncoachable and need to be told exactly what to do on a regular basis. smart players can understand and adopt this into their game.

Id say not many players are wanting to stay behind after training and work on their positional awareness and weaknesses, Frimpong said he was doing some parts to improve his final distribution, he still isn't improving which is a worry.

It's a lot of of small things I think.

Some players wanting away or waiting to leave soon, some players tired and unfit, some players missing games with covid or injury leaving us limited options in some games like Huns and Ferencvaros and some players playing too much so we're not really seeing the best of them.

As it's hard to pinpoint what exactly is going wrong, like we are not really being dominated or playing massively sloppily or crumbling in games when under pressure. Mostly we are "controlling" games quite well and probing then we concede out the blue often on the first time the opposition have an attack and everthing goes out the window to get back into the game. A lot, almost all of our goals conceded from penalties, set pieces and long ball counters which shouldn't really be happening but we're not playing totally different from last season where it wasn't happening as much. We are conceding the opening goal too often, maybe we should be more patient in our build up but at the same time we're not exactly flooding forward.
