    Just can't get enough
I was going to post that but didnt want the snobs coming at me with hes never managed a big club pish, for me anyone who is tactically savvy and has a system would be an upgrade, I'd want the whole first team staff replaced with the new manager bringing in his own staff,

    Who would want the job?

Lawwell has made that question a problem with the way he handled Lennon’s appointment last time.

Let's be honest, we're not getting a manager of any real pedigree. Mainly due to Covid * up finances. But also due to Lawwells negligence when disregarding other applications last time round.

Eddie Howe? Would probably be my choice simply beacuse he's out of work and we all know we ain't paying compo for someone. But come on, the guy got home sick moving from Bournemouth to Burnley. He's not coming to Glasgow.

People mentioning Strachan, O'Neill or Keane.

    * me we'd be as well chucking it altogether, two have been out of club management 10 years and O'Neill last club job was a 5 month stint at Notts Forest which was his first in club management since 2013.

Which is a fair response, if it was aimed at the recruitment team, who should have a wealth of world football knowledge and a list of names, folk think that's a winning argument when its just a body swerve.

He was never the man for the job, but he's been thrown under the us by a team with no respect for him, they were all starry eyed with BR, and also an absolute joke of a talent spotter.

We are a football club run solely as a business concern by a board who's only interest is money. If any other commercial business saw their main business rivals threatening to overtake them then they would react and take steps to ensure they would remain top dogs. Our board on the other hand have sat back on their rich Tory arses and heated driveways and allowed our club to fall behind in both Europe and now, shockingly, in our own domestic league. I'd find some comfort in that if I thought Lennon had a * clue what he was doing and rangers were conceding goals.

Turns out neither of them are happening.

They set the ball in motion by taking the cheap option and opted for Neil Lennon and look at the consequences.

"I've had to change the team again to get back in the game"

He's a big hit for himself

Sick of hearing "we were too passive" your the manager sort it!! We look devoid of ideas and simply fragile mentally the fact he thinks we were bad for just 15/20 minutes in the game is soul destroying hes going nowhere * win at ross county and itll be business as usual rodgers had us brimming with confidence even when we were poor we would somehow win look at aberdeen a couple weeks ago we'd have won that our nerves are shot to bits i got told it was 2-2 and my reply was ffs because i knew hes safe again so done with it man this is the first year i bought all the shirts and the trackie jist to help the club and this is what i got

The board have given the manager £35m to spend whilst keeping all our best players.

The board are definitely to blame for taking the cheap option as manager but they have backed Lennon with massive money.

His inability to manage the team is what has cost us.

Get Mark Mcghee in he ticks all the boxes.
    1. Would cost a pittance
    2. Plenty of experience
    3. Knows the city

This is where Desmond needs to step in like he did for Rodgers.
