I'm pretty sure he said we analysed the Hun game after. So hes all over the place again.

Either way it's incredible if we dont analyse the games.

Not surprising mind you and again gives an insight to things behind the scenes.

He’s recently claimed the players are over coached too. Lol

Papering over the cracks, sadly it’s gone too far and change is needed. It’s a matter of not if but when imo.

That is the problem right there

They should be going over errors in EVERY GAME both as a team and as individuals.

Lenny needs to use modern tech .

This is what I’m concerned about, I’ve seen enough over the last couple of months.

It's all bollocks tbh, sound bites, tired old cliches, all just to buy more time.

After Lenny basically admitting he's managing style is about 30 years old and last worked for a top ten 15 years ago he absolutely has to go even after a 5-0 victory. It's just not acceptable for a club of our size to be managed that way. How the * can't you not use video analysis on a daily basis and a espacially in a period like we are in ? It's too much now. Lenny showed that even if he could turn it around he will not adapt. If he hasn't adapt methods from 10 years ago until the beginning of our most important season since 2 decades he will never do! * me didn't thought it's that bad but meanwhile any Lenny super fan must see that even if we turn it around it will be because of the players actually being bother (* them btw) and not his coaching skills.

Cant believe he came out with that, standards haven't just fallen they've took a nosedive going by that interview. The rest was just the same crap weve been hearing all season.

I think there is a misunderstanding with regards to these comments.

I doubt that many teams (if any at all) in football will sit and watch a full game every week. Time constraints and so on.

We have analysts (and I would think the coaches will do so) who watch numerous games and individual performers. The games will be analysed and broken down. The information will be used to cater for the match preparation in training. I think most teams will also analyse the training sessions. Coaches can dictate the specifics of what they want presented to the players or in the team briefings.

Before every game, teams have a pre game analysis meeting. Usually, It will contain information on the opposition, set pieces for and against and also how we plan on dealing with it. This will all be have worked on in training. Just like you see in the Behind the scenes stuff (Man City/Spurs docs). Between games players will be sent individual information on the individuals they will be up against. Info such as the player habits and what they do in certain situations (what foot they prefer, type of crosses, movements when dribbling, goalkeepers with penalties and so on).

Loads of information is available for even you and I to look at, without access to what teams have.

On the other hand. I could possibly be over-confident and we don't do any of the above at all.

It’s too late for Lennon. He should’ve modernised when he was out in the wilderness.

His comments continue to be a riot.

There’s no way we do this, at least not to the standard required. Players look lost and Lennon looks clueless when the opposition does anything. There’s no way homework is being done.
