Its worked for Rangers with that beale who seems to be the brains, however think it has to be something that is done when a manager is appointed, bringing someone in now would be admitting your manager has no clue tactically and totally undermine his position anyways.

We won't interview until he's gone. We won't even have a list. So poor.

I agree. I don't think the board will get rid until it's too late imo.

Take a step into the future for a moment. A win against Motherwell to tomorrow, whats your feelings at that point compared to now?

Annoyed he hasn’t left/been sacked. However, tomorrow is the last chance saloon. It’s not just a win Lenny needs, it’s a performance. If we win 1-0 but play *, I still want him gone.
It’s the performances that have been abysmal. He has to demonstrate that he realises his mistakes and learns from it.
And I don’t mean a 30 min performance. Has to be near flawless, otherwise he can get tae *.

Even the biggest Neil Lennon supporters cant be defending him at the moment? 1 win in 6...3 home defeats in a row.

The board have to act fast before it's too late.

He has to be removed IMO. It would be no different for me and I don’t see why it would be different for anyone else.

Likewise anyone keeping the faith shouldn’t be changing if we lose to Motherwell.

You look at the overall picture. The performances, the fitness, the comments, the tactics. If you think that’s okay, you should still think it after Sunday. Likewise the opposite.

A win against Motherwell changes nothing for me. My mind was made up some time ago I'm afraid. I expect us to beat Motherwell. Even if it's a decent performance and 3 points, the bigger picture has to be considered.

Can't just pull a performance out our backside every now and then and make me believe we're moving forward.

I am sure that bed sheet protest is the work of huns. The spelling is wrong and they also have a history of using pish stained bedsheets for their protest

The thing for me is if I look at our squad and compare it to the huns, I would take ours all day. To a man we are better. I would say the only player they have that I would like in ours is barasic. So we have the talent and the quality, what we then need is for defined tactics, and the team having a solid understanding of the strategy and their role in that. That’s the managers job. So far, we are miles aff it. We don’t have a settled first 11, no set formation and no real game plan that I can see. That sits at Lennons door and he has to shoulder that. We have had a couple of games with 20/30mins of good football but we should be battering teams week in week out with our squad, and giving a good account of ourselves in Europe. We are doing neither.

That's fecking shocking if true. Surely he must look at the games we have played to see how we can either improve, prevent the same mistakes or point out to individual players where they could have done better. It's part of the coaching ffs

So we don’t usually analyse defeats and see where we went wrong then? :giggle1:

No wonder nothing has changed in the last few games vs the Huns.
