He's always been a solid guy, just with us injuries were * horrendous and far to frequent.

It's shame really because he could have been a mainstay in our defence, till this day.

Guy is all over the place and his confidence is clearly shot to pieces, which is bad enough but also he isn't even fit, not even close. He's slower than a week in the jail and is blowing out of his a**e after about 60 mins.

Efe was always fairly quick at least, Duffy is easily the slowest Cb we've had

 

There is no comparison to be made between Ambrose and Duffy. Ambrose was (and I imagine still is) streets ahead of him.

 

The fact that he made 96 appearances in the Premier League is testament to Sky's marketing department.

 

You know, I say how great Rogic is, just having him on the pitch means opponents get drawn to him which opens spaces for our wingers and striker and because of his sheer natural ability on the ball he is key to our attacking eb and flow.

See with Duffy? He's the * total polar, * opposite, just by having him on the pitch constantly out of position/moving like a snail/turning like a tank with no tracks he ends up dragging our guys out of their roles and positions to cover for him and right now it's * killing us because he's so * unfit, positionally retarded and is about as close to an athlete/footballer as I am to winning the euro millions every week for my entire life.

He's * woeful and honest to * starting with Elhamad and Bitton at cb until Jullien and Ajer are fit should see us drastically improve domestically.

Well..... That and sacking Kennedy as well.

 

What did we do with Tyler Blackett? Did we cancel his loan and send him back?

I actually can’t remember a signing that so many thought would be excellent who turned out as disastrously as Duffy has.

 

He's at Nottingham Forest now. (They also signed Janko on loan from Porto for the 2018-19 season. )

i think we should send him back and look about 2 cb's in jan christ even a short term contract for jozo would make sense

 

Huge let down. If he doesn’t pick up soon then I would seriously consider cutting his loan short in January when we have Jullien and Ajer upto speed. Then sign a permanent CB to bed in for next season.

What a load of nonsense. When has Efe played in the EPL for 5 yrs. Duffy is NOT a bad player. He is currently through a bad period. You don't have clubs in the EPL looking to buy you for 10 million if you're poor. He has captained his country as well
