I thought he put a massive shift in tbh, they weren’t getting much joy at all down our right with him and Frimpong. He’s out of position there too.

Caught napping for the goal right enough.

That's Ryan Christie now joined Celtic's Top 100 goalscorers list.

    Beautiful finish.

The amount of goals and assists he contributes is unreal.

Great finish today, however he makes Duffy look like Pirlo and Xavi. His passing is outrageously bad..

He's going to be our RW option for a good while now.

I think thats because he goes for the champagne ball more often than not. He needs to sometimes play it simple.

His passing and crossing is needing work. Goal was a cracker fair enough but his end result is often lacking.

Yeah, sometimes, but even 5 yard passes, more often than not he holds on to the ball far too long or * the pass up anyway. His passing is seriously bad.

I think that was a somewhat fair interview from Ryan there.

Stopped short of obviously blame anyone, but acknowledges the poor form and admits they hope to push on now etc.

Think the players know in themselves and trying to pick this up.

What a goal man! Great tracking back from him also. Passing was pretty woeful at times though.

Far better from a man I’ve criticised a lot.

I actually like him out on the right, wasn’t sure before. Coming inside and shooting like that off his left... ooft.

As good a finish as I can remember at Hampden..

    Some erratic play otherwise though..

Great goal today and much needed energy back on the Right hand side. It's no coincidence that we're seeing better performances from Frimpong again!

Absolutely top class finish for his goal and thought overall he was excellent today.

Yes, he can be frustrating at times, but some of the hyperbole on here when he puts a foot wrong is crazy. His goals and assists speak for themselves and you would really struggle to find many players in world football who give you that sort of return while also covering the ground and putting in the shift he does. His pass round the corner for Edouard’s chance in the first half was sublime and he also put a couple of great balls into the Aberdeen box, but they conveniently get forgotten about.

I’m not saying he’s perfect (let’s be honest, we don’t get players at Celtic who are the full package), but the lack of balance in some people’s criticism is laughable at times.
