This is the best possible team right now that can start given all the selection problems we have

Huge worry is our lack of pace at the back today. Could do with a sweeper keeper lol.

There’s literally no one else to play RM and CB.

Think Ajeti can feel very hard done by. Was on flying form before his injury then put in a good performance Thursday

Is Welsh out (genuine not sure if he is?) fair enough if not.
And again, the fact we dont have wingers/RW we should be looking to play a formation that will better suit the team, rather than shoehorning players in.
4312 would be my choice, though I appreciate it hasn't really been used by us, it isn't completely unusual and allows us to play to what I deemed was some of our better play the other night (Laxalt on the width, Ely supporting the striker, but in turn give us two strikers and allow Ely to play a free role).

The lineup today is one of the best we have had, to be fair nothing massively wrong with it, just I would do different and believe the manager should be doing better than forcing Christie in to a position I don't think I have ever seen him have a good game in.

Must win. Beginning of a tough run of games. We have the squad for it. Should be comfortable, but form suggests a nail biter. Need big performances from all the staff. They're due us fans it. Big time.

Could be yet another match that will test Lennys game management and tactics...

Waiting until the opposition score before making changes will not win us this game..

Christie has shown sparks of getting into a bit of form. Think we are gonna blow these away today, hopefully soro Turnbull ajeti Griffith's all get minutes

Wouldn't be averse to trying out a diamond in midfield but I don't think the time to do it is a semi final when we're 180 mins away from a Quadruple Treble.

The first 45 mins v Lille was our best performance in a long time (arguably all season) if he changed it up to accommodate 2 strikers and it backfired, he would come under fire again.

There was enough promise in Thursday's performance to show that it's the formation we should be trying just now IMO.

2 goals scored and could've been a lot more while being a lot more settled at the back from open play; barring the concentration lapses.

Ajeti is 100% the type of striker who feeds off the big Hartson type , true poacher and instinctively finds himself in the right place at the right time , keeper spills or deflections of players would always land at him , needs a pre season with us to see his full potential .

It's the on going worry this season, when does he finally fix the issues we see during the games.

The squad he has picked, on paper, should win this match. Most things are pretty common to this squad of players and used to it - even with Chritie on the right side.
Down to the manager to make sure the players are on it for this game. As much as I personally would do a different formation, there is no blaming this line up should things go bad.
Which of course we hope doesnt and the familiar roles and formation pay off well for us today

We dont have anybody else to play that role mate. Unless its Fringy and that means El hammed at right back. The teams the best we could do today. Everybody knew we needed another winger

The new camera angle at Hampden is garbage.
