    Beyond wise words Cool Bhoy. I last had this Food for the Gods in Kingussie at the start of the year in 2 fine rolls with butter. I can still taste the glory:50:

    Is it not the case that uncut square sausage is collectively called a Lorne of sausage, however once sliced they are then the humble square sausage which can come in the form of a beef square, a steak square, a black heart square, a low fat square, an onion square or a tomato square sausage (which some butchers sell in the round format)?
