What is it with the whole sitting back, arms folded thing? He looks beaten and so do the players. There IS time to save it, but changed must be implemented and quickly. Remember when he first got the job and spoke of "bringing the thunder back". Well, at the moment, it's well and truly gone and that's not due to having no fans at CP. He is going down with a whimper - and with arms folded.

Someone it’s close to him is shouting a lot a pish reacting to folk which is unusual, not something you expect

It is clear to see with Lennon something’s not right, the fact he never brought in any of his own people when he got the job permanently was one thing but when a coaching job comes up and John’s pal from his course Gavin gets the job it seems slightly suspicious.

All the talk about players in last summer and then going weeks with no one. We clearly needed players in January two are signed and neither are near the first team all be it the season is cut short.

The manager who in his previous stint at us and Hibs is one of the most animated people you would see in a dugout suddenly just sits there and doesn’t show any emotion other than looking fed up.

The outburst following Ferencvaros quickly followed by apologetic and over the top praise constantly.

Lennon is tactically inept as a manager but he doesn’t tend to put out a team lacking in character or effort. Not that it would have helped anyone but his type of team would normally have got someone sent off for leaving one on them or showed frustration boiling over but there was none of it just a meek acceptance we were second best.

The chat of Brown being the one to say to the coaching staff, Frimpong has to play. I am all for senior player input but surely a manager can see when a boy is showing up well in training and deserves a go.

He wanted to keep Hayes but he was let go with no replacement lined up.

All the rumours which may just be that about player fall outs and players agents asking for prices to be named.

Lennon walked away the last time as he didn’t feel he was being backed and he didn’t even have a job to go too.

For me it’s time for him to go, being honest we probably should have thanked him for his short term service and brought someone else in at that point. It is the only time in the jam packed fixture schedule we have faced over the last number of years you could have actually took some time to sound someone out and line them up but we just stuck with the cheap option.

Lennon obviously loves the club, and is a legend for what he has achieved as a player and manager but the best thing he could do just now is hand over the reigns to someone else.

The players should be able to get themselves up for a game like that but what chance do we have when Lennon is just sitting on his * arms folded * about with his snus.

He was completely emotionless on the touchline which is not the Neil Lennon we know but it is starting to become the norm these days!

He's taken the new "calm and composed" Lenny to the extreme.

I can't defend us anymore. 3 games against them in a row we have failed to turn up.
You'd think the good guys would win 10.
It seems like we are always destined to share 9.
It's obviously not over but it's a sad state if we are hoping they bottle it.

    Gutted.

It’s not gone. People are right to be concerned but we are still well capable of winning the league this season.

Absolutely gutted. I can only hope they do the sevco special, think the leagues over because they got there only 2 shots on target in, and loose the next 3.
