Trivial Things That Annoy You Thread

Before I post this I should say that I do have genuine sympathy. Losing a baby must be the most horrible experience.

But why in *'s name are you having photos of you taken in such a state and then posting on Instagram as if it's a photo shoot? Is that not weird?

Agreed. Such a tragedy but that doesn't sit well with me.

 

I'm a proponent of sharing and talking about experiences like this. I think it's important to do so. I just can't wrap my head around the way that it's been done in this instance and the apparent focus on generating likes over anything else. I understand taking a photo with your child as its the only chance you'll get, but the others are really weird.

 

She has either asked somebody to take that picture or willingly let somebody take it and post it. Its abhorrent.

 

Yeah don’t get me wrong I have great sympathy for what they’ve gone through.. but posting a picture of yourself grieving your lost child on the hospital bed is just something I completely disagree with. Put the phones away and have some human experience at that moment.

Reminds me of a few years ago a girl I know lost her granny and posted a picture on instagram holding her deceased granny’s hand.

 

Only thing worse is Folk who, it seems, mix up Cliches and Cliques and make an * of themselves while doing it

 

It being 15:00 and I've not stopped for my lunch yet. There's a four cheese pasta with my name on it in the fridge.

 

Vegan Food , well not vegan food in particular or those who choose to eat it. More the fact of vegan products being produced and being called Sausage rolls , Bacon , burgers etc it does my Box in. What is the need. If folk choose not to eat meat then what is the need for producers to sell a product to them under these names and the fact Shops that serve up blood soaked cuts of meat aswell as vegan products if I was on a vegan diet I’d certainly steer clear of them.

If you don't know the rules get off the road ya shower of fuds. Get in the correct lane, and give way to traffic from the right. Simples..

She's asked and posed for the picture. I think it is so weird that they had a miscarriage and they just thought "ah Instagram". When my partner had one I just thought "what if we can't have kids".

 

Been told in Greggs that "theres only a slight heat in them"

 

Speaking of Gregg's. Not seen a red thai sandwich in a long time and the way they bump up the price of a sausage roll by 5p every other day. Sausage roll will cost about 4 quid by 2022 ffs

 

I understand the money part , but surely if you decide to give up meat there is no need to label the products based on meat products it does my box in

 

Can remember when it was 50p ffs
