New NBA season

Murray on a madness again.

 

Clippers have been pathetic man.

Going in to this game I wanted the Clippers to win to set up the all LA Conference Final but I’m actually glad the Nuggets are heading through.

Jokic and Murray have been brilliant.

 

Nuggets are smashing them here.

 

Wonder what happens with the Clippers now. It’s been a disaster really. They had a win now roster and expectation.

 

Honestly I’d sack Doc after that.

Trying to double team Jokic, the best passer in the game, every play when he’s got shooters around him was * suicidal.

Kawhi is the main man there so wouldn’t be surprised if he basically picks next coach. Wouldn’t be surprised to see them go for Adrian Griffin but the domestic violence allegations might put them off, even though his kids say they’re not true.

 

For me, the NBA is quite comfortably the best sports league in the world for drama. Last night was insanely good entertainment.

Bam’s block on Tatum is right up there with the best and most dramatic I’ve ever seen, an incredible defensive play. That’s going to be one * of a series.

Huge credit goes to the Nuggets and their never say die attitude. To come back from 3-1 down in back to back series is a * of an effort (even more so when the thought of going home must be very appealing!!). Jokic and Murray were incredible last night.

As for the Clippers, I don’t agree with George coming out and saying it wasn’t championship or bust. That should be every great team’s mentality and it would sure as * have been Leonard’s after leaving the defending champions! Big questions need to be asked of Doc, his teams have choked for years.

One last point I’ll make on Kawhi Leonard... he’s an incredible player, especially defensively, but all this hype in the last year about how he is on or above LeBron’s level is a joke. If LeBron played a game 7 like Kawhi did last night, he’d have been absolutely crucified.

 

NBA and NFL is wild.

Playoff basketball is unreal entertainment. I love March Madness too, it’s so exciting.

Football rarely has those moments.
