15M is okay-ish. But since Soro isn't getting game time, we could do with Ajer as a defensive MF. Of course, if his mind is made up...

It’s not even close to be honest.

He’s far better than Jullien who’s goals seem to blind people. And there’s a reason Duffy is getting punted out on loan by Brighton, no matter how much people on here try and paint him as some sort of monster of a defender.

    Never even thought about Duffy.

Jullien for me is better, but his mentality Of being a shitebag lets him down.

Ajer might very well be better. But it’s close.

It’s funny how “there’s a reason Duffy is being punted out on loan” is the narrative on Duffy for some people when he could’ve easily just picked West Ham over us and he’d start for them every week.

I like Ajer.. he’s an excellent ball carrier and he’s still so young which I think people forget sometimes. But £15m for a defender who is not very good at defending would be solid business if he wants out. If he wanted to stay I’d reject it.

    There he is!

Moravcik, it was the game where Ajer played very well and was praised by those who watched the game on here, and elsewhere, because of his performance.

You were probably too busy focusing on Lenny on the sideline x

I think you'll find it was the game where he * up for the first goal, that should tell you his performance could not be described as 'played very well'. It seems you've got it all wrong again. Not the first time you've made a * of it in your assessment of a Celtic player/manager - Neil Lennon here for 10 in a row.

He played very well, and the reaction on here and elsewhere will show you that. You didn't see those comments, though, because you went quiet on here for about 10 days because Uncle Neil was getting criticised. Poor Moravcik x

And your statement in bold is brain dead, much like yourself. Players can make a mistake but still have a brilliant game. Strikers miss sitters all the time, but it doesn't automatically mean they didn't put in a good performance. Managers can have howlers of results, but it doesn't mean they didn't have a good season.

Being such a big fan of Griffiths and Lennon, you should be well aware of that.

So you dont like Griffiths either? You're no doubt the type who wets his knickers over a player because he's foreign and/or once had a sniff at the over hyped EPL. Im beginning to see a reoccurring theme here, whats your thoughts on James Forrest?

Griffiths? He’s a decent player with a * attitude and dedication to being a professional footballer. That much is obvious, given all 3 managers he’s played under at the club have either said as much, or dropped him at the first opportunity.

James Forrest? A player with a lot of ability who has purple patches and dry spells. Can be fantastic 5 out of 10 games, and utterly anonymous in the other 5.

And nationality has nothing to do with it. That’s the argument of idiots who can’t see past certain players. Tierney and McGregor are two phenomenal players who came through our academy and are levels above Griffiths and Forrest.

Quite ironic actually. Suggesting I have a thing against Scottish players, meanwhile you trip over yourself, gushing praise over Brown, Forrest and Griffiths. And at the same time criticise a foreigner like Ajer who is more important to our team right now than Leigh Griffiths.

I thought he was pretty poor last season if I'm honest, and if you asked me at the start of the season if I wanted to keep him I'd probably tell you no.

However, for me hes been one of our best players since the start, still got his fantastic runs from the defence and his actual defending looks so much better.

Its dissappointing, as I think hes still almost certainly leaving, heres hoping we can convince him to stay

He's made a few mistakes in the last 12 months but the criticism has been too harsh, he's a top player

3 at the back will really unshackle him to do what he does best, marauding runs into midfield causing panic and confusion for the opposition.

    Hope he stays.

Still think we need an LCB though.
