Nice try, but Cosgrove is 23 and English, so he’s hardly scoring for Poland U21s ..

I think something will click with this lad at one point, he creates his own chances in every single game I’ve seen him in. He just needs his finishing to get better/more consistent.

    100% mate.

The commitment he’s shown can go a long way with Celtic. I have a wee inkling he’ll become an integral part of the squad.

He's raw as *, needs to clean up his touch and show bit more composure in front of goal at times but I genuinely believe that will easily come and he could really come on a lot over the next couple seasons. Reminds me of eoghan O'Gara, not many on here will know him

Good to see him getting more minutes in the legs.

Another goal to build confidence would be good.

Took a nasty knock but carried on. Had little service against a tough opposition who had them held back most of the game. Got booked and held up the ball in parts.

Only caught the last 15-20 mins but another 90 mins under his belt. Looked decent as Poland held on for the win.

I genuinely think a loan spell at Kilmarnock, Aberdeen or Livingston would do this boy the world of good. Getting games week in week out getting used to the game here would defo help him!

I wouldn't want him stuck playing on fake pitches anymore than he has to.

He has to get more game time here.

Don’t think our style of play suites him, it was said before he arrived he was a counter attacking striker.

Up top I feel we need a player to be able to link play constantly within the game (Eddy, dembele or be good technically Like griff)

Needs to be given a chance, start him alongside Eddy and give him an hour.

Agree a good loan would be ideal in gettin him the needed game time to build up his confidence and play style for the league.

However he can equally get that by actually being played by us, up top with Édouard is the way to go for us and klimala.

He should be getting 20+ games this season easy enough, along with Ajeti getting 30+ games.
Not counting sub appearances of course.

If we did loan Klimala out we would definitely need another striker in, we couldn’t field a fit one in a CL Qualifier with him apparently.

I can’t see him being loaned but agree I would like to see him played with another striker in a two up top.

He works hard and is always on the move which at worst ties up defenders and creates space and as his confidence grows he will sharpen up his touch and finishing. You could see him being the type of forward other goal scorers say is a dream to play with as they do my running. I would be more worried as well if he wasn’t in the positions or not making the runs to miss the chances in the first place.

We are never going to know if he can have an impact if we sit him on the bench or in the stand and refuse to play him despite us having no fit strikers, that what Lennon did in CL, did no one any favours.

Looks hungry and works hard, If his first touch and finishing come together I think we'll have a great young talent on our hands.

Definitely don't want him out on loan this season. He's an option, and considering our ropey start to the season, don't want him doing well at another club. Don't want a catinho situation on our hands.

could put a clause in the deal to stop him playing us weve done it before, i think christie was one, although tbf i think if you loan someone out they should be able to play all the games

i want him to stay but only if lennons gonna play him or its pointless i'd play him no problem, hed get minutes for us when resting players or injuries or if we were safe in games and more if he does well but some managers are just too stubborn and dont want to give others a chance like they have a favourite 15 and no * else gets a look in
