    i think the majority of switched on folk would cross the divide to further their career, but surely no a Fergiehun. plus he's a bang averages footballer who hussles and harries pretty well, don't think he would improve our squad.

    I read somewhere that Derek had said he would have no issue playing for celtic.

    It may have been on one of the open goals. I think people are being a bit harsh in their assessment of him, bearing in mind he has just turned 21. Hes very experienced and this could yet be his breakthrough year in terms of goalscoring etc. With McRorie sitting behind. He will be let off the leash a bit.

    That would be my prediction.

    In fariness i've seen that aswell, it was one of they on the spot ones. he might well have meant it aswell, but i'd take it with a pinch just because there were cameras infront of him.

    When he first made his breakthrough i took a bit of notice in him and liked the look of him, but he's very hot n cold. But that could be as you say, inexperience.

    If he wasnt an absolute raging hun * I think more people would be open to this. Personally id take him as a think we need a bit of dig in the midfield and think hes a decent player would be an even better player in a team that doesn't bypass the entire midfield every game.

    Can't see it happening as he wouldn't get near the team just now but I actually rate him, has a bit of dig about him and is solid in the middle but definitely has room for improvement.

    He'll end up down South next year for a decent fee.

    I like him as a player and I think he would thrive in a team like ours. We've had young huns on our books before who turned out to be great Celtic men.
