Spanish press reporting he’s stopped particularly in training with the squad

Would love to see him go to the EPL, just wish it would have happened 3 or 4 years ago.

Hmmm, the choice of playing for one club owned by Saudi Arabia or another owned by Qatar.

Moral standards never were great in football.

Maybe we will get an answer to the question: can Messi do it on a wet winter night in Stoke.

    Think he smells money.

He ain't going to Juventus, they can't afford to keep Ronaldo never mind what he'll be looking for.

Absolutely nothing to do with money, what a thoroughly bizarre suggestion. For selfish reasons I want him at City personally.

Wherever he goes, the current Board will be remember as the one that destroyed the club to the point the greatest football player that had ever lived, who is incredibly loyal, has had to request to leave the place he loves. A complete and utter shitshow.

Hope he doesn't go to England, or PSG. I'd prefer he went to Italy, or came to Celtic.

    * Italian, French and German football. We don’t get to see enough of it here.

Literally the only non-Celtic player in history I will drop everything for to watch. Even within the current shitshow of a Barca team.

For us to see every minute of every game he plays and hear and read about him, he has to go to an English team. The whole of Europe is artificially financially doped, not just English football. Hypocritical to criticise it but not the others.

For similar reasons to Zlatan, i really hope he never goes to England.
Unfortunately Zlatan ruined that for me.

The English wankathon over him will just be too much and ruin the spectacle of watching him if I have to hear about how amazeballs city are for the capture of Messi, or that England and English football is better than la Liga because they tempted him away.

The truth is he is forcing Barcelona's hand here, he really wants the board changed but likely won't get that wish, they are however throwing the dice by changing so much of the coaching staff, I think Messi wants then to go a step further though.

The romantic side of us will all want him to spend another two or three seasons at Barcelona then a swan song at Newell's, but that's very very unlikely

Koeman is an absolute moron if there is any truth to that.
