I agree but if he is to have any chance with us the loan has to be spl or worst case championship in England . St mirren might be good and he could plenty of love from Jim Goodwin and I think that may bring the best out of him.

Aye he needs something worthwhile in a loan, where the step to our backup to Forrest isn't a million miles away.
Loan to Scottish Championship will be absolutely useless for the lad. SPFL or English Championship.

This is one of those clear examples of the Chief Exec deciding he is the Director of Football, by medalling in transfers.

I stated it before Lawwell’s role in transfers should be setting the budget and ok’ing the financial side of deals. Beyond that it should be left to Hammond, the scouting team he has put in place and Lennon as the Manager to identify targets, confirm who is on the shortlist, determine the priority of who to go for when and get them signed up.

Shved and Bayo are two prime examples
of what happens when players are signed without a managers input. £4m wasted!

Well the manager at the time didn't seem to be great at recruiting nor did his mate who he had put in control of recruitment.

We can't get them all right. I just hope we are moving towards spending a little more say 5mil or so and reduce the risk of failure but look at coutinho at barca, still no guarantees but punts on a balde, bangura etc are failing too often

I have a feeling he'd be unreal for another team in the league.

We definitely need to loan him out, it's obvious he isn't going to get much game time here.

Really had high hopes for this lad probably the most excited I had been for a winger looked in the mould of paddy Roberts turned out to me more of a Koki Mizuno!

Marian Shved will strengthen the ranks of KV Mechelen.
The 23-year-old Ukrainian is rented from Celtic Glasgow, with a purchase option.

The right winger previously played for Karpaty and Sevilla and is a two-time international for his country.

MARIAN Shved has joined Belgian club, KV Mechelen, on a season-long loan, subject to international clearance.

The 23-year-old winger signed for Celtic back in January 2019 from Karpaty Lviv, though he was immediately loaned back to the Ukrainian side for the rest of the season.

He made the first of three appearances for Celtic at the start of last season, coming on as a substitute and scoring in a 2-0 win over Nomme Kalju in a Champions League qualifier in Estonia.

Everyone at Celtic wishes Marian success at KV Mechelen this season.

Really disappointed in how it turned out for him, looked to have bags of talent but obviously issues with attitude and integrating with the team. Still think he could of been given a chance though.
