I love Ryan Christie but we really look towards a more technical 10 ..

I get that mate and to be fair I thought he was older than 17, I just hope he's a late developer bcoz right now he's much smaller than Tierney was.

What does that mean? He has high assists and goals and works harder than any other player.

I'll never understand anyone who thinks Christie should not be our number 10 within in our current squad

Dembele showed glimpses of his ability tonight. He's more than ready to play SPFL football.

I don't know. I've been asking myself the same question.

He's all action but sometimes that can lead to silly fouls, poor first touched and general clumsiness..

No one can argue that Christie offers us a lot but a fit Rogic doesn't lose the ball as much as Christie does.....but Christie gets far more numbers..

    Good run out.

Thought Klimala looked as if he’ll offer something. Robertson very composed at times which is good to see from one so young.

Thought the positioning of Bitton, Welsh and Bolingoli was honking. The gap, at time’s, between Bitton and Welsh was worrying and both centre halves were getting too close to our fullbacks at times which allowed them to switch off and further the gap between the two.

To be fair though it’s a young boy and a centre mid at the heart of defence against a good mob in preseason so hopefully learn a thing or two from it.

I keep saying to myself there’s a player in Bolingoli but every time I see him he gets caught out with a long diagonal which shouldn’t be hard to sort out when it’s acknowledge it’s a weakness. Doesn’t seem to have been worked on though :54:

Rogic never tracks back and assists the right/left back when under pressure. It's a team game and Christie epitomised that

With you on that. I feel like people who question Christies place in the side didnt watch the past two seasons.

i also dont understand the notion that Rogic should be in there either. For the past season he has been nowhere near it.

Christie is our first choice number 10. His numbers are fantastic.

But the criticism of his clumsiness and his lack of finesse, at times, is fair. He's not your typical number 10.

The thing is when does Rogic even tackle to be clumsy?

Rogic isn't as energetic as Christie but he's still a team player. Does his fair share of tackling.

Christie is a great option and can play in a deeper role too, but for me Rogic is way better as the further forward player.

Just need to see how Tam is fitness wise.

We're a better team with Mo and Tam in it for me.

    Disagree with that.
I like Rogic but I think Christie is better overall

Rogic is definitely a team player. He just isn't able to get about as much as Christie, hence the all action part..

I still prefer Christie as a box to box 8 just that touch deeper where he breaks beyond..

Still can't argue with what he brings to the team as a 10 though but they deffo can play togetger..

For people worrying about his size, look at Gauld before his transfer to Sporting.
