Went a walk from mine in Summerston up the canal with a wine, usually walk to the stables but seeing as it was lock down walked right up to Kirkintilloch main Street and bought another wine for the way back. Hopefully my calories are levelling out. Drinkin my gfriends voddy now. Wish this season would start again man. HH

Trained 1 on 1 off these past 12 days , it's only staved off any unwanted weight gain due to beer consumption.

Anyone got any suggestions for a folding bench and free weight dumbbells for the house?

Amazon and Ebay prices have went ridonk. Argos allowing click and collect but nearest place is miles away and the weights don't go up that high.

I have a spare bench , it goes decline / incline / flat. It's a big awkward * though , doesnt fold either and takes up a bit of space. When its flat you need to stick a rolled up towel between part your * is on and the part your back is on , incline very steep so alot of shoulders come into play.

I'm back to work mora but its yours for free if you want it and I'll meet you somewhere when i get time.

Appreciate the offer mate, but I need something that can fold up and go out the way.

I've not got loads of space to put it and my current set up means it would have to go in the middle of the room when in use.

I’ve never actually done it but you could use lettuce wraps.

I avoid white bread and stick to wholegrain for the most part, but trying to stay away from bread altogether at the moment myself. It’s just the convenience of it that makes that difficult.
