It's a matter of preference.. most people would say SA but the protagonist in VC is much cooler and there's less nonsense like having to eat to bulk up etc.

When I was younger all I would do on GTA is key in cheat codes and try to get a 5 star chase and see how long I could survive :56:

Used to walk into the niteclub then the 80s music would come on and dance for a wee bit before i just went on the rampage .good times . Definitely the 80s setting with scarface influence made it the best one for me.

Started Vice City last night and I'm loving it :giggle1: Tried Far Cry Primal and Witcher 3, trying to get hooked on a game to keep me sane during this quarantine.. ended up going back to the good old PS2

GTA 5 was class as well.

Only downside was that when you bought a property you couldn’t enter it iirc.

It annoys me that controller support is pants on the Steam version of VC and SA - would love to play them through again, but there is normally something off with whatever controller config you try.

Playing through GTAIV again just now on PC, the car handling is horrendous, but overall I love this one.
GTAV was just amazing and set a new level of, well everything. I get that the 3 character arc story was a bit much for a few folk, but for me it allowed 3 different characters and not to allow one main character to go stale in such a long story. Online is just on another level.

Slightly saddened though, as I played GTAV and completed it originally on PS3, to then have it again on PS4 and PC but then we really havcen't actually had a dedicated GTA game for the current gen systems. Nitpicking I know, but I just don't want to keep waiting. I am certainly ready for GTA6! But knowing Rockstar, they will announce it some time soon, and we still won't see it for 18months at least.

I reckon it could be Vice City and Saint Denis from RDR2 all on one map.

Woudldt it be cool if it was one big map and could play the same character but 2 different storylines in different times. Example like vice city set in the 80s yay yo . then you could go back to the same city in like the 60s motorcycle gangs and woodstock free love movement . manson cults and * . The soundtracks would be immense alone .
