I think Griff will be hungry in this one and I am confident we will win. It won't be a skelping but think we will get a couple of goals

They’ll get papped out of the Europa by Bayer so this game will be the last meaningful home game of their *, pathetic, trophy-less season.

Already posted my preferred team but we need to make sure we are right up for this as they will be using this game as an opportunity to kick, hack and hurt us. A fighting performance to get their decided support back on side.

I’m sure we will be up for it though especially given how poor we’ve been against them in the last 2 games. Despite being 13+ points clear, I think our players will be out to make amends for the last disappointing derby.

Thing is for me; we have nothing to lose and the 4-3-2-1 formation hasn't worked on them for a while.

Try something else. Be bold. They won't handle our attack as they're weak at the back.

We know their team will go 4-3-3 and make it very tight in CM and the tactic will be hoof it wide to the full backs and swing it into the Centre forward.

    their team will be

    McGregor

    taviner goldson Katic barasic

    Jack Davis Aribo

    Hagi Kamberi Kent

They will try to dominate the midfield again. We cannot allow that. Lenny needs to find a way to pen them in we know 4-2-3-1 doesn’t work and I don’t know if Taylor will have the engine to deal with taviner bombing forward on him constantly in a 3-5-2

they will raise their game and you will see a different hun team.

hamilton and hearts have pumped them in the last week, if we lose then we have some serious question to ask of the manager And the players in these games!

this for me is 80/20 in their favour as Gerrard seems to be able to outthink Lennon and the players outfight ours.

hope I am wrong but we have only dominated 1 of the last 6 matches against them. They have easily been the better team in the other 5 matches

dec 18 - only for Gordon would have been 6-0

mar 19 - they where brilliant against us with 10 men

may 19 - dominated in the match what was a dead rubber

    sept 19 - we dominated

dec 19 - lucky to win cup final - they where by far the better team

Dec 19 - we did have chances but we need to admit they outplayed us in large parts of the match!

days of running over the top of them are finished!

I would take a draw and it’s then 4 wins to title

Well we will see next week think I have built a very good case for my reasons on the last few matches vs them.

form books go out window in these games team that wants it the most often wins.

could be the sfa A team out for this official wise aswell.

We were on a slight dip pre Christmas. Huns had their best period....

    Those situations have reversed dramatically.
Right now we are cruising .... missing umpteeen chances some games and not quite finding the top gear... but we’ve not needed it really. Important thing is we are creating chances.

Sevco are in free fall... they have 2 games to play before we meet them and those results could be important in determining which Sevco turns up. Drop points tomorrow and/or take a home pumping off the Germans and they could be in such turmoil that it won’t matter whether they try to up their game or not.

This one will be much more balanced than the December meeting.

What.... We have pished all over them for years, they beat us last year when we had won the eight already, and this season we have lost once and missed a pen.

Biggest factor for next week is the limit of 800 away fans. This game will be broadcast around the world and the atmosphere will be total * compared to how it used to be. If the huns wanted more of their fans in the ground then they should have increased the ground capacity.. Longterm that makes perfect business sense. How do i know that? All it takes is a wee bunnet and a look across the city.

It was never about their fans, in fact it wasn't even about ours.. It was about the PARTY. Sky sports are Huns so they never spoke out against it. Diluting the atmosphere wont help us get sponsorship for tv games.

We have the form, we have the better players, we have the better manager and we have a week off to prepare. We only need to add the desire & urgency.

We need to be up for this one as the * have bullied us too much this season .
Move the ball quickly and leave the * chasing shadows , Griff to get 2 and Eddie to get 1 .
