On these stuffy plastic pitches like Rugby Park and then Accies and Livi.....I think his pace and pressing from the front is gonna possibly be key..

Doubt he'll start midweek but can see him making a telling impact. Just gut feeling..

11 mins vs Patrick so far.

Thought today was the ideal game to get him up some minutes with us being at home and 3-0 up.

Next 2 games are away from home so not sure we’ll see him unless we’re out of sight by 4/5.

Going 3-1 up v Killie he should’ve been giving the last 15 or so. And going 2/3 up yesterday you would if think he would get a good run out v County at home. Think NL forgot he could use subs on Wednesday until Killie made all theirs.

Another £3million splashed out on a player that won't be making any impact it seems.
Be it injuries or "bedding" in time, I'm not sure the last player we signed who actually just came in and done a * job.

You pay £3.5 million for a player at a club like us, you expect to see him play football. Alright Eddie is the main man and Griffith's we are trying to get up to speed as well, but surely the lad was able to come on a bit more than he has.

He's only been here a week or two. The polish league had been off since December and isn't due back until Feb so he will be needing brought up to speed. He's had a subs appearance. Calm down

I know man, totally get all that and genuinely want/hope he comes good when fully up to speed.
Just typical of how Celtic seem to go about signings these days now, always something in the way with a signing being able to come in and hit the ground running.
If it's not having to get up to speed, it's an injury he already seemed to have, or one he picks up in training in the first week or two.

We did play Tam and Karamoko so it is difficult to get all our best players on in the same game.

Think since we have been playing two up front lately, it's just to prove to edourd and Leigh that they are getting game time in case they are disgruntled and head off while the window is still open.

Its Lennon's way coupled with the ultra competitive nature of the league this year. Every game is a must win at the moment. Very hard to know if we are signing duds or they aren't getting a chance .

Do you remember when we used to sign players and they would actually play . Those halcyon days.

Bolingoli, Jullien, El Hamed, Forster and Elyounoussi all came in this season and made themselves starters with Frimpong showing his worth quickly too.
He has been here 2 weeks or so, he still needs to gel with his team mates. If we had been 2 or 3 up after 60 mins I think he would have come on rather than Eddy but we needed Eddy. He also needed to get Tam up to speed and give Dembele time, which is important as he will be a star. You can't give time to everyone. He should probably start against Clyde.

Hopefully him and Soro get some game time quite early on in..

Can see Soro breaking in quicker. Would also be nice if any other quality players come in and can have an instant impact..

We saw what Burke and Weah brought to us to give us that wee burst of energy to kick on.....and they weren't even all that but just had pace and a bit of desire that had been missing..

It's a shame Burke's touch wasn't up to speed, his desire did bring something different but I think a fit Elyounoussi will bring that when he returns
