    Square sausage, tottie scone, links, black pudding, bacon, scrambled egg, toast soaked with Kerrydale butter and a tomato.

    Can take or leave beans and mushrooms can get so far to * off a breakfast.

    A Saturday would usually be a can, but seeing as I'm aff it at the moment I had a roll and sausage and a roll and bacon. Through the week I've actually been having porridge since the start of the year.

    Had that with honey and blueberries, Monday to Friday in work for about 4 months.
