    Not far off it.

I could see the point if you were lifting competitively to get that extra wee boost but in the long run it can't be good to be putting that into your body all the time.

As Mint says, coffee is my pre workout. Works just as good as any supplement I've used.

I did enjoy myprotein's Pulse, and would be tempted to use it again as it tasted great in lemon n lime and looked the colour of Homer Simpson's radioactive green thing.

In terms of what's useful I would say a BCAA supplement and an occasional protein shake to make up your macros. Creatine gives a quality pump but also makes my face look like Pob so I swerve it

I took one of those high caffeine carb gels just before playing a match a while back.

We lost 3-0 and I was wired until about in the morning with work at 8.30am. So I haven’t taken it since.

The only supplements that work aren't stocked in Holland and barret or myprotein :giggle1:

I used to take this stuff called "ultraburn"

    Ingredients were

    .10 mg yohimbine.
20mg DMAA (banned stuff that was in the infamous jack3d pre workout)
    10mg synephrine hcl (ephedrine)
    200mg caffiene.
15mg sibutramine (kills your appetite stone dead)

Stuff was good but brutal at the same time, the crash you got after a couple of weeks of use was harsh to say the least.

    @Ron Swanson @Seán Mac D

Tanned that pre-workout half an hour ago. Face is numb. Hands are tingling.

Waiting for the gym to open so just standing out in the car park doing star jumps!

Guy I have always admired and respected, followed him for years online, Ryan Terry, 10 years with USN vid and pics. Some guy. Looking like he is heading beyond the physique category now tho..

Back on keto, a week into it and enjoying it again. Mainly doing it as I had a few heavy weekends in the last 2 months or so and diet kind of went to * as well, so hoping to slim down a small bit between now and Christmas when I’ll inevitably have a few heavy ones again.

Once we’re into new year I plan on sticking to a strict diet of lean meats, red meat occasionally, fruit, veg, healthy fats and wholegrain. Want to try and cut pizza and Chinese out of my diet altogether.

Trying to mix it up a bit from last time I did keto. After a run tonight I had a bowl of raspberries and blueberries in unsweetened almond milk with 2 teaspoons of crunchie peanut butter and flaxseed sprinkled on top.

    So * good. :35:

I've managed to keep the weight off, 4 months roughly since I hit 10st 5, currently 10st 2lbs. Seen some pictures of me recently when I was at my heaviest, I was about 13st. Doesn't sound alot but the difference looks crazy.

I've been trying to hit the gym when I can to tone up a bit again but it's hard to find the time just now, anyone recommend a decent home work out program ? I've only got some small weights at home just now, looking to get a proper set up in the New Year though.

Still takes a * of alot of hard work and discipline even with peds.

I don't know this guy but considering he is affiliated with USN I'm guessing he claims being a "natty"?

I mean he is nowhere near being a "monster" in size but is incredibly shredded.

It's sketchy with all these dudes in the public eye and gaining sponsorships etc which means your entire way of earning a living is being jacked and shredded....you would be stupid not to be on something lol

You do realise the pics are probably all taken around the time of a comp? And its over the period of 10 years not 10 months.

I've followed his career pretty closely and I highly doubt he dabbles in any illegal PEDs.

He doesn't really have to "claim to be natty" as he is really down to earth and comes across pretty sound, really transparent videos etc, so isn't like those who go out of their way to say they are natty and makes you think 'one doth protest too much...'
