If relegated him and Fraser would be looking at huge pay cuts so they would not be out of our reach. However Southampton know other clubs will be interested in them after this season

He'd easily repay the 10 million in my opinion..

Said before that after his Southampton stint no one's paying 16 mill..

Between 8 and 10 is fair I think. At 25 he'd be a major signing for that..

MOHAMED Elyounoussi has been named the Ladbrokes Premiership Player of the Month for October. The 25-year-old Norwegian attacker has been in impressive form since joining the club on a season-long loan from Southampton.

He kicked off October with his first goal for the Hoops in the 2-0 home win over CFR Cluj in the Europa League, and he followed that up with four Premiership goals during the month.

He hit a double in an emphatic 6-0 victory over Ross County at Paradise, while he was also on target in the 4-0 win against Aberdeen at Pittodrie and the 2-0 home win over St Mirren.

And his good form extended into November as he scored a double in the League Cup semi-final win over Hibernian at Hampden, and helped the Hoops record a historic victory in Italy against Lazio, a result which booked European football after Christmas for Neil Lennon’s side.

Speaking to Celtic TV after receiving his Player of the Month Award, the Celtic player said: “It’s a good achievement but as everyone knows, football’s a team sport so I have to thank my team-mates.

“I came up here to Celtic to create chances, score goals and help win games for the team and with the manager’s trust in me, I think I’ve done that.

“The quality of the training here is very good, and the competition between the players in great. We’ve got a really good squad and that’s shown in terms of where we are at the moment – we’re top of the league, both in Scotland and also in the Europa League – and my team-mates are making me a better player, which is why I’ve won this award.”

And while it’s been his domestic form which has resulted in the award, perhaps not surprisingly, Elyounoussi’s favourite goal is his first for the Hoops.

“You always think about the first goal you score for a club, and that would probably be my favourite goal so far, but hopefully there’s plenty more to come,” he said.

“I would say all of the players have been good to me since I’ve joined Celtic. I came almost at the same time at Moritz Bauer, so it’s only natural that I get along with him. We’re actually neighbours now.

“Fraser Forster, I knew from before at Southampton, and he’s been driving me in to Lennoxtown, while he and Kris Ajer have been telling me things about the club.”

And that's him being ridiculously unselfish and one of the hardest grafters in the side..

Just one assist off the head he should've had was his unreal reverse pass to McGregor at home to County that would've been one of the goals of the season. He's already involved in one of the goals of the season...Forrest at the sheep..

Only just warming up as well in my opinion..

Get him signed for that price, I thought they’d ask for a lot more - he’ll easily repay the £10M with goals and assists.

Just depends on if we have competition for his signature.

Other clubs will be more interested in their first team regulars. This guy ticks many boxes,

If it’s £10m and he does have the 40% wage decrease then we should be all over that £10m shouldn’t be an issue for us!

Another reason we should be all over this from a finance point of view is n January or at latest May £32k a week of Sinclair wages will be gone!

Dembele likely to move for massive money as well..

That's his wages and fee paid with the Sinclair wages and sell on clause near enough..

The price should not be an issue for us next summer. By that time Edouard, Simunovic and Ntcham will be gone for around 40 - 45 million, potentially Rogic too for another 8, not to mention the sell on fee we'll get from Dembele potentially leaving Lyon.

Would bite your hand off to get him permanently for 10m.

Unfortunately Fooballer Insider is probably the worst site going.

If thats what they want. Make it permanent in January. None of this waiting until the end of the season and dealing with the “will he” “wont he” around the qualifiers. Get him bought. Can easily make the money back on him if he we felt like we needed to as well.

He won't get a pay decrease unless Southampton relegate so I doubt he would sign in January
