If we genuinely want to sign him we better not * about again. We should have John McGinn in the squad but penny pinched our way out of that.

Times have changed and we dont have first pick of these players anymore. Due to recent successes of other players there are more teams from down south looking at young Scottish players Get it done Lawell you biscuit tin rattling *

Throw in Henderson? Are you deliberately trying to scupper the deal?

It is, like I said * said the same last season about McGinn not good enough.

But he was and proved it, this season. People are always quick to slate young players from the Scottish league who have been doing well.

If it was another Hendry who done nothing, I would feel the same but it’s clearly not.

Heard some on Twitter saying we're looking to offer 2m + Jack Hendry.

Can't believe that for a second.

If we're genuinely trying to burden them with Hendry we'll probably have to up our bid to 8m.

Wouldn't be against this at all, doubt we'll get it done. We'll * about over a small amount of money, then somebody else will just come in and pay it.

I'd offer around £2.5m and a couple of players on loan for a season

I'd have said it brings the deal value down to 1.5m with him in it

Same as McGinn for me. If Lennon wants him then we should be moving quickly to get the deal wrapped up. There’s no excuse for us not being able to have the pick of talent in Scotland.

Turnbull and the lad from Charlton and get rid of Biton and Ntcham and Mulumbu, good start to the transfer window...

I’d actually keep Mulumbu, but should defo cash in on the others and get this lad.

15 goals from midfield in a team like Motherwell shouldn’t be sniffed at!

Lennon knows the Scottish game as well as anyone and he'll know whether Turnbull is worth splashing the cash on,only thing in the way of there being a deal here is our highest paid employee at the club.
