What was his reaction to the changes at Lennoxtown?

    Which part?

Do you think he was given a fair crack of the whip after 2012/13? Were you watching us then and thinking yeah lets cash in on some of our better players and spend * all?

Good grief. Lenny getting some stick yet winning 5/6 of his games since coming in and still unbeaten, games which include Hearts, Hibs, Aberdeen, Huns and 2 away games against teams fighting for their lives. Not to mention how tough that must of been with the shock of the rat leaving so suddenly and injuries. No way the rat would have betterred that. I'd give it to Lenny, he knows what it's all about. Think so many that come to Scotland underestimate the task at hand. 10 in a row is vital, Lenny will bring that if given the job, I've no doubt about that.

What you say in public and do in private can be two different things. Lenny might know he is a snake but not want to air his dirty laundry in public. The SMSM would love to have him have a pop at the snake. Can you imagine how they would react. I take what football managers say to the press with a pinch of salt more so if it involves Celtic. Just note how Brown answered their questions regarding the incidents on Sunday

I think there are definitely elements of coaching that Rodgers beats Lennon in, but there are others where Lennon has him beat. The most obvious being setting up a team against superior opposition.

Rodgers gives you a ridiculous level of domestic consistency and a number of highly embarrassing performances in Europe.

Lennon gives you far less consistency domestically but can frequently have us punching above our weight in Europe.

Out of the two scenarios, I would rather the latter. It’s worth nothing that Lennon also accomplished this with far less backing than Rodgers.

Lennon will bring more steel and heart but with less finesse. A Lennon built team would not have let KT get kicked up and down the park and stand back and watch.

And a Rodgers built team wouldn’t have let us get bullied at Hampden by the likes of St Mirren and Hearts.

A Rodgers built team wouldn’t have bottled the league up at Inverness.

A Rodgers built side wouldn’t have turned up at Ibrox with the chance to be crowned champions and completely bottle it and get pumped of a side managed by Ally McCoist.

Barca were the only team better than us that Lennon defeated.

He isn’t, never has nor ever will be a great manager.

Benitez or Lennon from the options on the poll, * naw to Moyes. Bielsa would be decent but doubt he'd come.

Depends where you draw the line as great. If it's Stein, Shankly, Ferguson etc. then i agree.

I understand Lennon isn't many people's first pick but to downplay his achievements at us, in light of everything that was going on in this bigoted, little shitehole is a bit silly.

The clamour from some to denigrate a man who has given blood, sweat and tears for the club astounds me.
