It’s obviously to do with the nature of it all ie end of the season, hopefully he wins the other two trophies and is our new permanent manager.

Really hope he gets Rogic performing well and in the starting XI. Don’t think Lenny was his biggest fan back then

Just called it how I seen it. Same * happened at Liverpool before it all caught up with them eventually when he had to start to build his own team.

I’m just raging that we actually let this * dictate to us on stuff like Boyata and Congerton :56:

Wee dwarf actually thought he was getting the Arsenal job last summer.

Could also be them rewarding Kennedy for his loyalty. Not a fan of Kennedy but in this instance fair enough.

He’ll be on peanuts here and could’ve * off down there on big money and no pressure.

Kennedy owes a lot to the Club and he predates Rodgers, makes sense he stays for continuity. The offer to go with him might not even have been on the table.

Supposedly all the staff are going apart from Kennedy, Woods and Williamson.

Not just leaving us half a team to rebuild we’re going to have go out and get new sport scientists and analysts.

Another reason we should be looking for a DOF...

I get where you're coming from and I agree to an extent but what better options do we have? Rodgers was an outlier who only came here in the first place because he grew up a 'Celtic supporter'. A guy with that kind of CV is typically well out of our reach.

Lennon hasn't done great since leaving but he was on a hiding to nothing at Bolton and Hibs were quite good under him. Maybe he lost the dressing room because small time players couldn't handle a born winner venting his frustration? Who knows.

All I know is he will give his all for Celtic and he was a good manager here first time around. By all means if Roberto Martinez (or someone of that caliber) fancies it Id have them in a heartbeat over Lennon but it's far from a poor appointment. I'm delighted Lennon is going to be in the dugout tomorrow (if he in fact is) and think his energy will really spur us on.

I now refute he ever came here because of the team he supported. No supporter I know would leave us as he has done on the precipice of what we’re about to do. Literally none, not for double or treble the millions he’s earning.

Taking a step back (and I know it’s still raw just now) but he’s stuck several trophies on his CV and several millions in his bank before slipping out the back door at the first opportunity of a Premiership job.

Empty words and snakey actions. Forever tainted.

He who must not be named is gone. Hes taken his horcruxes (7 medals) with him so * him. We move on.

Lenny actually has a better win ratio than him and we might actually see a proper defence again.

    Get behind him.

Welcome back kid. Now smash all in our * way and show them THIS IS WHAT IT FEELS LIKE TO BE CELTIC.

I've heard it's Kennedy in charge tomorrow, but there's no reason Lennon can't be in the dugout.

Got to say, I've watched his interview a couple of times now and I'm starting to feel a lot more optimistic again.

I don’t think we are getting the full truth or story about Brendan obviously something has happened in the background and I hope he speaks out about it, but should it be the case that there is no issue and he has actually just jumped ship shame on him but I can’t see him doing that to his family

With regards to Lennon delighted he stepped in quite frankly ar an hour of need I couldn’t think of anyone better given the circumstances - I just hope the board do the the honarble thing and give him the full time position come the summer

Pray you do well Neil and we all need to get behind you - don’t think there is another manager that has made more sacrifices than Neil for our club #legend
