Okay maybe I’m remembering that wrong to be fair it was 15 years ago

 

It's been to the detriment of the team over a longer period than necessary due to the fact we signed the guy thinking he was the answer to our defensive woes, or would at least improve us defensively considering the level he played at and his experience. It can happen but I think the writing was on the wall for this guy much longer than its taken for us to realise we need to offload him and get someone else in or at least identified to try and bring in. Instead we've been anxiously awaiting Compper getting himself fit which just doesn't seem to be happening.

 

No one is now, but I don't think you can deny we had been eagerly anticipating him coming into the team once fit to shore us up defensively, even after it was apparent that it was taking a very long time for him to gain full fitness and causing some concerns.

 

I would suggest it's been damaging as it has made us and those outside question our recruitment process and those involved in it. It's also damaging in relation to our Euro qualification as it denied us a centre half that should have been bedded in from January.

 

It was too late to replace Boyata last minute before the AEK tie. Denayer will probably be lined up as his replacement

 

His quote was too late in the window to look about now I am sure

Yeh I think we have taken a few hanger ons recently guys who don't give a * happy to be I'm posters taking clubs money with out making a difference

If we had 22 players on 40K a week each that would only make 45M, ridiculous figure.

 

so according to Harry we are spending £55m on wages and the rest of the full running of the company and stadium costs is £9.6m as £64.6m it costs according to the accounts, I know we don't pay the living wage but * *!
