He's genuinely just on the way out in his career. Doesn't deserve the abuse just needs replaced

That nonchalant pass in the box second half was the final straw for me..

First goal he seemed to jump over it. Second goal could’ve done much better, third goal CG is down on his * before Mbappe kicks it and it is straight at him, goes through his flailing wrists. Didn’t see the other goals but by the sounds of it he should’ve done better for those. DDV has been playing a lot better than Gordon this season whennhesbhad the chance, get him in until Jan and for the love of * get a decent keeper in.

Comes across as a smug * with the way he plays.

Always looks he's about to burst into tears, appreciate the effort he made to get back to football but he needs replacing

I've * said it before......if the * is in any doubt about a pass out at this level then he goes route 1. If the manager then turns on him at HT then he needs to have the rocks to stand his ground and say no * made themselves available for a SAFE pass. Safe pass without giving away possession or up the * park you go. Outfield players need to want the * thing too!!

You can tell the *'s * it half the time he plops it over the defence which goes to the other side half the time.....he's like a rabbit trapped in the headlights sometimes.

This is more than about Gordon......he's a scapegoat a lot of the time on here imo!!

I tell you what, I’ll give him some plaudits for pulling the wool over some supporters eyes for so long when it’s been brutally evident time and time again when the big matches come along that he isn’t good enough.

And let’s be honest he looks even worse now he’s supposedly became a sweeper keeper overnight. His distribution is a disgrace for a Champions League goalkeeper.

    THE priority in January.

Gordon saves like 1 in 6 shots in Europe.
    Nowhere near good enough.

I have a mate who plays Saturday morning footie and he can’t side foot a ball properly. Can strike it when needed but his big hobbit feet can’t play a simple pass.

Scarily similar to our professional goalkeeper who trains every day and receives thousands of pound each week to do so.

    1st and 2nd were saveable.

3rd and 4th were abysmal lapses in concentration from the defence. Saying that, he managed to get a hand to the 4th, albeit a weak one.

5th was poor defending again. All of them bodies back but nobody putting their body on the line to block Veratti's shot on goal. Wouldn't really blame Gordon for not saving that one as it was right in the corner and there were a lot of bodies in front of his line of sight.

6th and 7th were unstoppable finishes but ultimately poor defending allowing Cavani and Alves space to get their shots off.

So, to summarise, I think he should have stopped 1, 2 and maybe 4.
