Glad to have Dembele back he’s such a fantastic weapon to have.

Sick of hearing Dembele vs griff too they’re completely different players suited for different situations. I would like to see them play together

The strength he showed holding off the Aberdeen defender for the first goal was superb. The guy was pulling at him, knocking him off balance yet he still kept going to fire over a great ball into the box.

I think you've got to give this lad credit for his attitude.

To give an example, did anyone see Boufal's late winner for Southampton v West Brom on Saturday? Because he's been out the team for a while, he decided his celebration would be to act like a * and run right up to his manager screaming something to him as he passed in a very angry, aggressive manner..... Awkward! Clearly, trying to belittle his manager for not playing him enough.

In comparison, Dembele, who was linked with a 30m move to several big clubs, comes back into the team against Aberdeen in a big match in the SPL. Absolutely, no signs of sulking as plays a blinder. His movement was top class, players just bounced off him, he got involved in the build-up etc. 2 goals - No problem.

Both LG and MD are top quality strikers and they're both similar in terms of goals but offer something different in other areas.

They both respect each-other may be better for a certain game, depending on the opponent. No sulking, top professionals and top players.

I'd like to his Dembele start v Bayern.

    Gotta play dembele.
He has been on form last couple games and we know from last season he is the better option in the big games in Europe.
Both players have the spfl in their back pocket, but if we want dembele to step it up and showcase his talents, he needs to play in these big games.

If for no other reason, than it puts his stock higher and we get a big fee. Otherwise he moves on thinking he can't develop further here and no one takes notice and goes for the usual 10mill.

The finish for his 1st goal was tremendous. The ball(great cross) from Tierney had so much pace and Dembele running at pace, does so well to adjust his body position and get a finish on a well worked goal.

    Quality.

Best he's been since the back-to-back hattrick games. Totally unstoppable when he's on form.

Agree with the bhoys above got to play moussa against bayern . Guy is so laid back its unreal thats what makes him such a good finisher . Looked near 100 per cent last night another - good season domestically and in the europa league and his stock will rise high again ( if its ever went down at all )

Have to agree. Dembele has his faults like every other player but his attitude isn't one of them.

The fact he came up here in the first place considering who was after him, suggested having a level head on his shoulders I guess.

Hopefully he steps up once again on Tuesday..a big performance like that against Manchester City is exactly what we're needing.

Completely different players, yes but Celtic play completely different when either starts. For example, When Dembele starts over Griff, we play better as a team.

This guy is such a good player. He is our match winner in big games against tough teams. He is in the same ilk as Larsson, Samaras or Nakamura as a big game player.
