yep no drag effect on bullets......all he had to do was fire in that direction and keep his finger depressed on the trigger....To me it sounded like a AKM,but he would have to have used a barrel drum for that as the rounds were way over 30......SOme say he was using an M4.

One of the videos taken from a hotel across the street is rough to watch, camera zoomed in on the main pile of dead/injured, woman in the background speaks of people 'laying there.' A sea of bodies.

50+ dead and 200+ injured is a lot of damage for one guy to inflict, perfect position and all (which suggests plenty of prior planning) but with that amount of rounds he would have been doing a lot of reloading. Potential for jamming, overheating etc, * would have to have a decent level of knowledge to carry it out.

 

50 innocent lives taken and hundred of others ruined.

Sick old * they shoulda got him alive and tortured him for years

He set everything up...from 2 sniper stands from each window to hidden cameras in the hallways to see the police coming.....He knew what he was doing and was well planned...well nearly,he didnt calculate that the smoke from the gunfire in his room set off the smoke alarm and they knew where he was

 

I find it a bit odd that under a rain of gunfire and everyone literally running for their lives some people think "oh hang on where's my phone till I get on snapchat"

 

This is disgusting.

The worst thing is that a lot of Americans and the * that are the NRA will completely ignore it and allow people to continue to access firearms with no restrictions.

 

Said the same earlier in another thread. They might die but at least they will get loads of likes on FB.

 

Think it was the last song of the night, makes sense that people would have had their phones out for it. Though carrying on filming is probably just indicative of the modern social-media obsessed world we live in. Horrible recent example was Barcelona, guy walking about with a cellphone videoing dead on the ground including children, then CNN played it on a loop for a good hour or so.

 

Seems like the NRA's raison d'etre these days is to turn up at the scene of a tragedy and have a pro gun rally. This will probably be no different. *.

 

Yeah i guess that's where some of the footage came from but I've seen others when it's clear what's going on and the concert is well and truly done and you can hear the gunfire.

*, even seen one with this black girl video the people laying taking cover on the ground and she is ranting about trump and all sorts, all while heavy gunfire is going off.

Listening to the machine gun sounds on BBC radio 2. Sounds like something out of a Vietnam movie. .. * sake !!!

Seriously need to crack down on gun shows as that's where a lot of these semi-automatics get sold without proper paperwork or background checks. Not a fullproof solution but a start.
