I'd say Ajer was arguably our best player in the first leg.

Of course not. I am not going to deny the obvious like some of you do now. In the 90s the norwegian league was totally without excitment and one of the most boring leagues in the world. We all knew who was going to win. Nice for us, but it made the league boring for everyone.

Nah, you dont get it. We had to win the league to get into CL, and that was easy. It was all about Europe and that was glorious! Like Celtic now. All managers gets measured on Europe because your league is only a walkover that eveyone expects you to win. Drag your head out of the sand man.

Too narrow. Need three in the middle.

Drag my head out of the sand?

Are you here to discuss the game or lay into Celtic supporters for enjoying being successful?

Agree lads I wouldn't necessarily want that 11 in that shape but that's the personnel I'd like.

I'd see the trio of Rogic, McGregor and Sinclair moving all over the shop.

If you don't think there's excitement in our support before a game at, for example Ibrox, Pittodrie or Tynecastle then you really don't know what you're talking about.

I and many others still get excited at the thought of seeing Celtic play the likes of Kilmarnock at Celtic Park, yes of course I expect us to win and 9 times out of 10 we will however I'm still buzzing to see my team play.

As I said in the match thread last week I can't see us not scoring in 180 mins of football . 2-0 Celtic tomorrow night will do nicely .

If you know The Ponderosa Restaraunt, the Lucky Leprachaun is literally 400 yards down the road on the opposite side going away from Universal/Wet and Wild.

It's not on the Street but back in a car park/spare ground part of I-Drive. Local CSC there you will get the authentic experience.

I agree with playing Mcgregor after his performance against Sunderland. I think we need either Forrest of Hayes to get in behind their back four, they looked quite solid when we played in front of them last week.

Possibly harsh on Rogic but he can still make a difference off the bench.

Tempted for that, too. I know I'll just feel raging if I see Forrest start.

I like that team. As there is more mobility and firepower in it. Like you I prefer Rogic coming off the bench.

That's probably not a bad shout. McGregor is in good goalscoring form albeit against a * Sunderland side. That Sunderland side is probably still better than Rosenborg... on paper.

Rogic is a * genius though, dropping him would be crazy but Brendan might well go for McGregors industry and ability to make late runs into the box and finish well.

Reckon this might follow a similar pattern to the 1st leg, although I'm unsure as to whether Mr Ingebrigtsen is telling porkies when he says they will play like they did last week.

It's probably the best opportunity Rosenborg have of getting through, from what I've seen previously and from the 1st leg. Be compact and look to counter. I just wonder if they might try and be more adventurous. As the 1st leg wore on, they got a bit more confident and braver on the ball. Our biggest hindrance and Rosenborg's equaliser to our quality is our lack of game time.

In terms of the team, Griffiths on the bench and McGregor into midfield at the expense of Rogic/Ntcham. I would go with the latter, as McGregor and Armstrong work better in rotation.

If they do get a bit braver and play more open, then I feel we can exploit them. If they sit and play the long game, it could be a difficult night. All the same I still fancy us to get the job done.
