We are playing Barcelona, we were pinned in against a team from Israel for 90 minutes. They have the quality to pin back teams that are spending 50 million quid+ on players.

We will be defensive tomorrow night and if we are anything other than defensive we will take a severe tanking.

Is it impossible to get a result here? Almost, but we're riding a wave, and it's almost as if we can do no wrong under Brendan..

We've had good results to get here, we're just off the back off some good domestic displays and everyone is optimistic, and hopeful. Go out and enjoy it. If we get battered, we'll no be alone. Every side (better and more wealthy than us) who's ever played at the Nou Camp, has been severely whipped at some point..

Take our chances and you never know..

Thats my feeling, I may be going mad but I can see us getting two chances all game and winning 2-0. If we don't concede in the first half I can see them getting frustrated, fans getting on their backs and us nicking a goal.

All the same I'd take 0-0/1-1 but a victory would really help us enormously.

    There's a reason a 2 nil Celtic victory is 125/1.

    It aint happening.

125/1 to beat Barca, 10/1 to go unbeaten in the SPFL :56:

Being more logical I can see a 0-0 or 1-0 to us if we are lucky.

Being cnyical if we fail to keep it tight and frustrate them they'll walk all over us and win 4 or 5-0.

Despite roasting the zombies at the weekend, I still think that anything other than a complete * by Barca will be a positive to take back. They are simply at the elite level of football, and we aren't.

That said, this is still the most positive I've been about our European hopes for several years :56:

    Dembele
    Sinclair
    Bitton Rogic Brown
    Tierney Toure Sviachenko Lustig Gamboa
    De Vries

Forrest, Roberts and Armstrong as good bench options.

For perspective a Barca 9 nil victory is 80/1!

If we keep a clean sheet tomorrow night they can start commissioning Rodgers' bronze statue for the Parkhead entrance.

Exactly, you need to have the quality in the middle as well as hard workers who will stop everything. Unfortunately I'd say our weak point just now is Bitton or McGregor whichever one will play.

Just gotta enjoy the occasion and play with passion.

Can we really afford to play Rogic given the space he would leave plus can Sinclair play up front on his own?

I'd go along with this. McGregor and Armstrong bring more energy than Rogic which will be essential in this game.. But Armstrong is only a CAM and I could see McGregor being swallowed up. Rogic can put his foot on the ball and pick out a pass. He can also swivel out of trouble at times which could set Sinclair away. That side with Kolo stepping forward as a defensive midfielder at times is our best hope in my opinion.

It will be 1-0 we'll counter attack with Big Kolo bombing up from Centre half and banging in a header in the 92nd minute to make it 2-0 heard it here first

Fearing we'll be on the receiving end of a beating due to their shock result last weekend. Stranger things have happened none the less

Sooooo looking forward to this. It would be awesome to come away with somethinge but if we don't then as long as we give a good account of ourselves. Just being back in the Champions League has been a victory in itself. I'm just going to enjoy the occasion. COYBIG
