    Wouldn't be be surprised if Rodgers keeps Griffiths as main striker. You never know, he could help develop him to the next level.
    I don't see Brown being captain all next season. He's one more niggly injury away from being dumped I reckon.

    Not been able to get on since the news broke, but * me, what a coup the board have pulled off and what a season we have coming up. Many people, including myself I must admit, thought they would * this up and we would end up with the cheap option once again, but fair play to Dermot.

    Scottish football is truly on the rise again and we could well be about to enter another golden era for the game here. Rodgers' appointment signals a huge departure from the norm, financially and also in terms of managerial ability. Not been this excited for a manager since O'Neill.

    We're relatively strong right now and will only get stronger when Brendan makes his mark on the squad, Aberdeen are decent, Hearts are decent, the scum will challenge for the top 3 when they come up... good times could be on the horizon :50:

    That welcome to the brendanbeau is class.....

    I think we'll see an incredibly strong league this season however will be surprised if the manky mob will challenge quite so well in the first season I reckon a top six finish is what they deserve I think the diet huns will be our biggest threat this year IMO with the sheep coming in third.

    The Huns will be the main threat.

    As much as I hate to admit it. They always seem to get jammy as * and that will be no different on their return, teams will still go there and sit back even though they really shouldn't. Attack them and you will get joy, something we didn't do enough in the semi and our ultimate downfall, IMO.

    I just don't see them beating St Johnstone and the caleys and the Ross county's man I don't think their that good it's just we played utter * and a wonder goal fae that poofy Mckay * I agree that the establishment will do all they can to stop us this season.

    They will strengthen slightly this summer.

    There will be slip ups, more so than usual don't get me wrong but, I still see them as more of a threat than Aberdeen, who have shown the past 2 seasons that they don't have the bottle.

    If Rodgers comes in and is given a decent amount to spend then we should blow every one else out the water.

    I think it will be the Sheep and Hearts, Sheep will regroup and probably get a few more signings to push on, Hearts done very well and I think they will probably push us more.

    Sevco it's down to how many players they bring in, if it's the same squad with a few youngsters then they will finish 4th at best.

    hasnt every manager been here on a 12 month rolling contract, hasn't been an issue for us in the past? I don't see it as a problem unless we win the champions league....
