    From Twitter:

@celticfc: A MINUTE’S silence will be held at Celtic Park on Saturday in memory of all the victims who lost their lives in the tragic events in Paris.

I personally think it should be extended to the recent victims of all terrorist attacks but other than that I hope it will be respected. I'll be observing it.

I don't know but two games in two days is ridiculous.

Would be better having a mins applause. At least nobody can muck it up.

    Baws. Saturday...

If someone with the appropriate rights can update that, I'd be grateful.

    Why would anyone disrupt it?
Is this really what we've become? A support that gets nervous whenever there's a minutes silence in case anyone disrupts it?

There's no reason for anyone to disrupt this silence, a silence seems more appropriate in this instance anyway.

I agree we should have remembrance for all things not just things that happen closer to our doorstep it's honestly starting to * me off the hypocrisy of the whole thing

Unless it's unearthed that the people who died in the Paris attacks contributed to a war machine which inflicted terror around the globe then I think we'll have no problem observing this minutes silence. Great gesture from Celtic.

A minutes silence for the other deaths caused by is and similar groups should be done.

This, bit of a joke we have supporters who can't just stay quiet for one minute!

For once I agree with you.

    * on here wetting themselves about us disrupting a minute's silence a full 3 days before anyone is asked to observe a silence.

You couldn't make it up :smiley-laughing002:

If there is a minutes silence I'm sure it will be observed. However I'm not sure there should be one.
