Because the Brits decide what racism is and anyone that stands up to them or decides to fight back is a terrorist. Brits are told that the IRA are terrorists even people like Michael Collins and the early rebels before him are viewed as terrorists in Britain. The whole troubles and the history of Ireland has been re-written by the Brits. there was some * on Question time a few months back going on about how there was never an Ireland and there was always a northern Ireland, there is actual people that spout this *, I used to work with someone that said he could never understand why the Irish just decided to attack Britain :smiley-laughing002: that's the * people are told in England. People will never understand where McClean is coming from as they have no idea about history.

So Jamesy bhoy has been given an official warning by the F.A.

Will this apply to every player who celebrates infront of visiting fans or just those who have the balls to stand by their beliefs ?

I suppose they did caution Adebayor to be fair.

Although his celebration was a bit more full on than McLeans.

West Brom winger James McClean has donated €1,200 to help pay for the funeral of Ronan McGavigan, a two-year-old boy from Derry that was tragically killed after being struck by a car while chasing a ball.
The Derry Journal have reported that Ronan was tragically struck by a car on Lone Moor Road on Sunday afternoon. A fundraising initiative was launched to help Ronan’s heartbroken parents cover the funeral expenses, and the initial target was set at €1,200.
After hearing about the tragic loss, The Irish Sun discovered that McClean donated the full amount and along with fellow kindhearted people, the overall amount collected currently stands at €3,500.
The funeral mass for Ronan will be held at St Columba’s Long Tower Church at 11.30am on Wednesday, July 20.

James McClean has come to the aid of another family in need with another act of breathtaking kindness.
Derry was struck with tragedy this week when a two-year-old named Ronan McGavigan passed away after being hit with a car on the Lone Moor Road - where the Brandywell stadium resides.
The toddler was said to have been chasing a ball onto the road when the heartbreaking incident occurred.

A JustGiving page was set up with the intention of helping the McGavigan family with expenses at such an awful time.
    The target set was £1,000.
Within hours, that total was surpassed.

James McClean and his wife Erin, who have two young children together, met the target with sheer generosity and now the figure continues to rise with the kindness of the rest of the donations.
Sometimes, when a footballer helps out at times like these, some people shrug their shoulders and point to how much they're being paid.
But this is a man with a family and a house, with expenses and taxes, and he's under no obligation to hand over anything. A lot of footballers wouldn't even be aware that this stuff is going on but James McClean helps out in whatever way he can time and time again.
It's a small mercy when something like this tragedy has happened but it goes a long way.

Fair play to him. Always willing to give a hand to people in Derry and tends to give money back to people in need in the city. :50:
