    Pause it for 10 seconds and resume. Keep doing it till it gives you a better download speed. Works for me

    The download speeds are rotten on the Xbox sometimes.

    I downloaded tomb raider 15gb in about an hour and a half and then today it was about 3 hours for a 2g patch for resident evil..
