Tough one this to think of "off the top of your head".

    Tallest?

Erm, obviously Forster was about 6'7, Balde was about 6'5, JVOH was....what...6'5ish? Amido Balde is about 6'5 as well. Who else can yous think of?

    Smallest?

First one that springs to mind is obviously Brian McLaughlin, Patsy Gallagher musta been about 5'5, the aptly-named "wee" Jinky, Simon Donnelly wasn't the biggest either. N'Guemo too? Ronnie Simpson was about 5'9/10.

Ulrik Laursen would be in ahead of Valgaren. Not a sentence you would normally hear, but he would be in this instance. He was 6ft 3. Could have put Sutton in central midfield over Wanyama, and had JVOH up top, who was also 6ft 3.

Van Hooijdonk was a monster, I loved watching him play in the hoops. He was almost too tall to be a striker, but he still did it beautifully

    He was 6'4

I'd imagine Jimmy Johnstone is the smallest ever player anyway, unless there was someone in the 1800s/early 1900s that was smaller.
