Time to bring back the one and only defender we have that can actually win a high ball and deal with crosses into our box. he is also the only defender that can not only intimidate opposition strikers but can actually stand up to the challenge

kennedy proved in first few games he's not ready. * * some * from falkirk battered him about.

our defence is so weak, any high ball either from deep or from wide and its mass panic. we have a guy sitting on his * in glasgow tonight that is probably the best headerer of a ball we have.

 

We got beat of a very good side, its not the centr backs in my opinion its the full backs. Every time we get beat some1 is not good enough.

Am quite sure if we had spent over 30 million it would have been a diffrent game, we cant end off story. Some people on here need a reallity check.

What's wrong with caldwell, it was brown's fault for us really losing, he cost us the first goal which then gave them a boost for the second, we should have started calm and slow with a a 4-5-1 the extra striker wasn't any use today if we had played a 4-5-1 I bet the match would have been 1-1.

This should be our europe away team and the players i thought played good today was, Donati-only celtic player who could hold the ball and pass it to one of our players, Wilson-did some good defending also some good passes and Jvoh-he made use of what he had he could have scored that header.

Read your post again and you will see where the problem lies. Playing a guy who hasn't kicked a first team ball in over a year would be a great asset. Go and watch the game again and you will find that Caldwell was indeed our best defender tonight. The two full backs are killing us and have been poor all season.

 

Correct , they have been pish for a while. They are the problem.

 

I agree with Hoopy, it was the full backs that were the problem not the centre backs. If an attacker gets that much time to cross a ball you expect them to get a deadly delievery in eventually.

You would think that someone would notice that our full backs need cover and that a midfielder would slip in there to help but they rarely do

 

yes well there is * all we can do about them cause despite the fact it was blatantly obvious we needed cover at left back and a new right back all summer we didnt bring anyone in. so its a fact teams are going to attack us in the full back area and cross balls into our box, so the very least we can do is put someone in there that can actually deal with crossed balls.

can anyone tell me why our left back was marking their main striker for the second goal?
mcmanus is in front marking nobody and i still dont know were the * caldwell was

you go and watch it again in the first half hour when they were raping us the kept on breaking through between wilson and caldwell. was the same on saturday.
there was actually a point when they hit the post on saturday because caldwell totally missed a header and their wasnt even any * challenging him FFS
