I think 100% he woulda played anyway, as he has in all our big games..

 

For me he is a tidy wee player with a brain...but not a wide player, because he doesn't have the speed. As has been said, he's more suited to a central position but with Ronny's set up he would need to replace either Broony or Johansen and that just won't happen. Think Calum being a regular says more about our lack of ompetition wide right rather than his lack of ability.

 

Needs a spell on the bench. A long spell on the bench.

 

And Forrest.

 

wont get near the starting 11 when commons and forrest are back.

 

Really wasn't involved enough tonight. Probably better for him to have a run of games coming on as a sub.

 

Wee man has fell by the wayside, think Deila is not properly managing him though.

 

Continually playing McGregor is the type of thing that makes people wonder if Ronny really knows what he's doing. Im not writing off McGregor but he definitely needs a spell out of the team, he isnt offering anything at the moment and was anonymous in the second half against Astra.

 

Went missing tonight maybe needs a bit of timeout and casually bed him in instead of tossing him in the Bhoy has got something about him i think was one of our better players at the start of the season

 

Never a winger in a million years. Should be central or on the bench.

 

tbf i dont think in a 4231 the wide men are wingers necessarily i woud class them as attacking midfielders

callum is young still and is learning is trade and ronnie is all about making players better and bringing on our talented youth so he said

i think if we had won this tie and it would have needed a better performace 2nd half there wouldnt be as much criticism of callum

we seem to drop a few levels after half time for whatever reason which allowed astra to get more into the game

callum will get better the longer he's in and around the team

 

If we're using the formation right that's basically what should happen with the full backs esentially playing as wingers.

 

Empty shirt again last night. He needs a rest.

 

Great start to the season and was decent in the pre-season games too, but has been nowhere near that the last couple of weeks or so. Been the complete opposite actually. Think he needs to be dropped to the bench or something or given a wee rest.

 

He definitely needs a rest. Even stick him in the reserves team and let him work his way back up to show this won't be tolerated.

Tbh wee guy just looks pure burnt out.

 

He's not needing a rest ? He's fit so he needs told he's not Sui g good enough to make the team. Drop him and let him play with the young boys.

 

I would loan him out again in january. I know he is in first team just now but his confidence seems to be slipping every match that passes.
