The team put in a good performance today. Strong away win, and the points should have been in the bag long before. Still plenty of job to do, but much more solid than this season lows..

I liked his reaction after the penalty, taking off Leigh for Armstrong to shore up the midfield. Wasting time by bringing on Ambrose, slowing the game down. We were going to panic stations and he recovered it.

That's active management, making an effect on the game, reading where it's going and doing something about it.

That's what we've been wanting to see from him. Hopefully more to come.

fair play to him for changing from 4-2-3-1 to 4-3-3. You could see the extra man in midfield helped us.

Credit where it's due, obviously we expect to win these games but he still showed some good management today after the penalty.

    +1.

Want to see it more often, I'm sure he said when he came here he preferred 4-3-3.

I wonder if the Klopps and Guardiolas took note of such leading edge game management. Sign up this mastermind of a manager on an even longer contract. The fact we were wasting time against Thistle tell you everything you need to know about Ronny Dire.

Klopp and Guardiola already do it mate :50:

Aye, shows that he's learning how to be a winner. Martin O'Neill done it, as did WGS.

I still don't think he's good enough to be pur manager but if we're with him just now, that's the kind of stuff you want to see from your management team.

It's all about survival now for Ronny, every game will be like a mountain to climb for him now.

And it's worrying, we can't seem to shake Aberdeen off at all.
