    I think it is a little of both, which is why one of the reasons I suggested that Deila is the right man for us at the moment.
    We'll still have a young and talented squad, we'll still buy from abroad, but we might just be able to keep the core of a squad together a little longer, meaning we are a more settled unit.

    No, but on a serious note, countries like Norway, Sweden, Denmark, The Netherlands are all fairly small countries (Sweden and The Netherlands a little bit bigger) with a higher standard of living than us and yet produce much better players. It's not just poverty.
