Interesting and very truthful reading here to be honest Piers is in no way able to protect himself against bowling so quick and frightening

Now I no some people will say Piers deserves it for being a bit of a * but if Brett Lee wanted to make an example of him he should have aimed for his stumps with every ball instead of targeting his body

Morgan is a good wind up merchant.

You'd have more chance dying of boredom watching cricket.

To be fair mate not many would fancy being on the receiving end of a cricket ball coming at you at 75mph plus. Those * are solid and as much as Morgan is a * at times, he showed balls facing that guy.

He was wearing protective gear ffs! The article is correct he could have died but probability of it happening would have been about 0.001% :smiley-laughing002:

I don't get how there are so many draws in Cricket. If one team gets 414 then * the cucumber sandwiches and stopping for tea the only way it can be a draw is if the other team gets 414 n all.

That is called a tie, not a draw. It has only ever happened twice in a Test game.

In stuff like T20 they play a "Super Over" if it's a tie at the end. There was a few this IPL.

A draw happens if a team is unable to finish their innings by the scheduled time. So if you are losing my a huge score you can play for the draw by just keeping two batsmen at the Crease. If they stay in and the opponent can't bowl them out in time then it's a draw because the game hasn't really finished. This can only happen in an unlimited overs game.

Since when? His own dog hates him! Next time I would suggest alligator wrestling or a slap fight with a polar bear!
