when do you turn old

Its always the same in situations like that.When a perceived "enemy" slags things that are personal or of your background/culture, it can get the blood boiling out of all proportion to the situation

Its something ive thought about, I dont know how people can let themselves get "old".

Old to me, is when you see people limping about or just walking about in slow motion and it looks like theyve past the point of no return from it, until they die they are always going to be going about like that.

I will definetly make sure im fit enough that im never walking about like a wee frail old guy unless its from something I cant do anything about like injury or illness but a lot of people just let themselves get too fat or too unfit that they * themselves when they are old.

When your in your late 60s or 70 or that there basically nothing you can do to get fit again because you wont have the energy. So you should keep a good level of fitness all the time when you get over 50 I think. If your 50 and too fat, lose weight now or before you know it you'll be *.

 

When your balls hang down to your kneecaps.
