Let's ask Anthony Stokes shall we?

"Celtic have two momentous Europa League meetings with Inter Milan to look forward to in the next month or so, not to mention the rare thrill of a potentially taut title run-in against Aberdeen, but for Stokes the experience of playing in Old Firm matches tops the lot in the life of a Celtic player."

"For me it has always been the biggest game," he said. "It is great to play in Europe, but the rivalry with Rangers and what it brings to the city makes it a special occasion and something I am really looking forward to. It could arguably be even bigger this time because of all the time that has passed since we last played them. But first we have to get this week out of the way so we can go into the Rangers game as confident as possible."

Not at all? Just an example of how one of our players feel about it all.

    * them.

Anytime I even think about wanting them back I then reminisce about when they were here and about their glorious support.

    I'll say again, * them.

99% of them would have shown no compassion or felt any remorse if we had gone down the same path so why should I.

In terms of the derbies, they are obviously fantastic occasions but that doesn't mean I will get down and beg for the * back. They deserve everything they get.

    I'm not picky.
    1) The rivalry won't be back because Hun FC died in 2012
    2) They can't compete against us "again" because see 1)

Exactly and they would have been * loving every single minute of our trouble back in the early 90s and into 1994 praying we went to the wall. Even the wee cheeky chappie chipped in with his 2 cents worth

I do not miss them one little bit! Im enjoying the league this year and think it quite refreshing having competition from a couple of teams and this just proves to me that we dont need scum like that in our league

As much as I miss the plague, pestilence, War, rickets, scurvy, etc
The sooner that clubcompany is flushed away, the better for society in general.

Still no idea how anyone can call one of them a 'friend'.
Soon as your no in the room they'd be calling you a * and a paedo.

"The Famine's over, why don't you.... Oh, awright Seamus. Did you find the beers at the back of the fridge?"

Have a few friends that support Rangers, absolutely nothing wrong with it.
Its only a big deal if you want to make a big deal out of it.
