Surely we must have a better option than Efe in the youth team?

He's not good enough simple as that.

Findlay is at Killie, O'Connell was at Oldham, but got injured. Don't think we really have anyone ready to take the step up. CB's need more experience than other outfield players too.

He doesn't have it anymore. He tweeted last night that he was so ashamed of his mistakes that he voluntarily gave it to Adam Roony.

The only thing that surprises me about all this is that it took so long for many to catch on!

He was plainly gash from the get-go!

It amazed me how many were mesmerised by the occasional sight of his mazy-runs out of defence (usually away from overweight, barely-motivated, second-rate opposition strikers!).

In all fairness he played OK last night - he just had a howling moment. Strikers get away with a growl when they miss an open goal, midfielders get a groan when they lose possession, but defenders and goalies are slaughtered when they have their brain-farts!

Kris Commons was right... he probably did make more mistakes than Efe last night (and he was still highly praised by most fans) - it's just that he got away with his as they were much further up the pitch.

Last night was probably one of his worst * ups, not in the manner in which he * up but in the way it affected the whole team. We were absolutely cruising up until that point, then it was as if the rest of team seemed to be thinking.....whats the * point of us doing the business at the other end if hes gonna have a blow out every time we look to be on the verge of recording a superb result. It must be so frustrating for some of the players knowing that it doesnt matter how good they play, theres a pretty good chance that hes gonna have a moment of madness at any time.

I dont know why but i find it very hard to say anything bad about Effe,i actually think he is a good CB when he concentrates.
Sadly though its those lapses in concentration that's going to end his Celtic career.

When he's in the team he's a walking -1 or -2 advantage against us. The guy has at least made a name for himself. For the wrong reasons.

He cost us the game. We were cruising until he had an Efe moment, and all the momentum went in their favour.

How many points does he have to cost us, both domestically and in Europe, before people stop defending him?

Really can't defend that first goal, just terrible defending.

Second he should have attacked the ball. We seriously need to get our act together regarding the defending of set pieces.... shambolic.

2 nil up last night was thinking Efe was playing pretty well, hoping he had turned a corner and Ronny had transformed him, then 2 mins later that header back to Gordon, what a waste of space this man is,how much longer do we have to keep watching this halfwit * up in important matches and losing us points?

A think it's because he's about 44 years old there's no way he's 26 years old , a honestly can't believe he's played over 40 times for his country as well, he's utter garbage and at fault for nearly every goal or penalty we concede! Not good enough to play for celtic

    Ambrose

Question is, how do we get the message across to RD ?
He said he has told Ambrose to stay sharp and concentrate so even he still hasn't got the message and obviously plans to keep playing him !!
Who else can play C/b -I stopped when I was 41 after going to that position and * it !

It is the easiet position on the park !
