I think its petty jesus if we banned everyone who wrote a bad report there wouldnt be anyone to report lol. i think personally hugh gets a rough deal ignore superscoreboard where hes there to provoke opinion so people will call in no callers no job

 

The funny thing is though he said no reporter should be a cheerleader for any team (I was fighting back tears at just reading that). But in his latest piece he was spewing the MSM line about how Rangers had so much more than 38,000 at the home game.

Whereas across the city the Celtic fans were already jumping ship. Starved of their traditional Old Firm curtain raise, and still reeling from a 4-1 victory against Helsinki. These sub-human savages could only fill <s>the pae</s> Celtic Park to a pitiful 80% of its capacity. The noose tightens around Neil Lennon's neck and copious amounts of anti-deppressants have been ordered by a Mr. Lawwell for the coming season. Surely its only a matter of time before Celtic are put into administration. With their most recent accounts showing over £500,000 of debt there is no way out of this downward spiral for the rivals of the greatest institution in the history of the world. If only they'd listened to me 15 years ago and bought John Spencer instead of Lubomir Moravcik. It could all have been so different. So in what will be my last season reporting on this thing we once called "Scottish football" I would like to thank all the right-minded people who have read my completely neutral and in no way biased towards the mighty Glasgow Rangers (est. 1872) articles over the years. Its been a joy reporting on this great game and all the magnificent times we had; 9 in a row, 1972 Cup Winners' Cup, Celtic almost going bust. But with great regret I must use my incredible powers of foresight to tell you all that Scottish football will not see out the season. Clubs are already on the verge of liquidation after Sky and ESPN all but signed our death warrant by re-signing their T.V. deal. I do not take any pleasure in this, although every single one of you * completely deserve everything you get for daring to take on the mighty Glasgow Rangers. Who will somehow survive this cataclysmic armageddon which is about to engulf Scottish football and emerge even stronger. Scottish football has had a good run. But now it is time for fans of all clubs to put their petty rivalries aside and unite behind the banner of the glorious Glasgow Rangers as they lead us into a new era of brilliance and prosperity.<s><s></s></s>

Funny, Hugh seems less bitter than previously.

Maybe this ban has had a sobering effect after all.

 

Good the guy does nothing but bring Celtic and Scottish football down.

Hes a Celtic man but feels he has to put the boot into us so other people think he is being fair minded.

All he does on radio clyde is bring our national game down, last season it was Celtic will hardly get a point in the europa league and a scottish side might not qualify for champions league again. Said we would not catch rangers last season. Also this is a guy that could not name one Athletic Madrid player live on Radio Clyde last season.

Why not do us all a favour Shugy, take early retirement :bbpd:
