He said on Sunday the focus is on the new manager then he'll sit down with the club and discuss it when that's sorted

Said it before, Ambrose and Boyata plus a few others need to leave long before Charlie

I don't think he's good enough at the best of times, but given the fact he has proven to be fairly injury prone as well over the last few seasons I think it would madness to offer him a new contract.

When we have guys like Boyata and Ambrose, I think it would be daft to let to him go before they two. I actually don't mind Mulgrew at centre half. He reads the game well, and his use of the ball is much better than any of our other options in that position. Injuries are a bit of a concern with him, I will agree with you on that though.

I kind of expected Rodgers to want him to stay around anyway.

Decent on the ball for a centre half and versatile. I'm quite happy for him to stay as a squad member.

He's the type of character and defender that Brendan would like I think. You want to keep guys like Charlie around the place.

Glad Brendan is wanting Chuck to stay. Definitely a player who is needed in the squad. Won't walk off on BR.

Really hope we keep Chuck, ditch Efe and Boyata and bring in a 1st choice pick to play alongside Sviatchenko.

New CB, Sviatchenko, Mulgrew, Jozo and someone from the youth team to provide cover would be pretty decent.

Mulgrew has been a great signing. I remember slaughtering him early on as well as I didn't fancy him as a Left Back. His performances in CD and CM have really impressed me and managers rightly love versatile players for squad number reasons.

Give the man a new deal.
